Ay sis required ba yung medical insurance with my name?
@@ajbelaro hi sis., uhmmm hindi naman nakasaad sa website nila specifically yung medical insurance, but I should say necessary sis. Malaking tulong na yun as supporting docs sis, if meron lang medical insurance si hubby sis ha. Bale covered ka sa medical insurance ni mister mo as dependent. Mostly naman meron.
Ang important sis is mkapag provide ng supporting docs na nagpapatunay lang tayo na legit couples , so makita nila sa docs na meron din ang name mo dun, yung mga joints ninyo., pinaka easy sis are yung electric billings, water billings, gas billings, or if he purchased a car in his name with your name on it, or his tax return docs with your name on it already, medical insurance niya na covered ka., 😊

Thank you so much. Your video is always so detailed and extremely helpful. From what I understand, you use the same medical documentation you provided for the visa interview for AOS. If so did you take MMR, Tdap, Influenza, Hep B, Varicella, and Covid-19 (two doses) and receive your green card without any additional vaccine requirement? Also, did you fill out form 3025 or did you go to the civil surgeon?
Thank you., yes I had the 5 vaccines you mentioned plus covid19 vax during my medical exam in the Philippines. They gave me a copy of the form stating all those vaccines were given. And that I could use the said form when I get to the US for AOS, school, or applying for a job.
The USCIS didn’t ask for any additional vaccine requirement though.
Also I didn’t fill out form 3025 or any forms regarding vaccines or medical requirement/exam by a surgeon. They just gave me the complete form 3025 together with the CD and the sealed brown envelope that has all the medical exam results inside it.
From what I understood, that form 3025 and all the medical exam results are already approved by the St.Luke’s med. Clinic doctors. On the other hand, if someone didn’t pass the exam , the doctors wouldn’t have signed it anyway.
And St.Luke’s med clinic is an accredited clinic by the US Embassy for K1 visa applicants. So we don’t need to go to other doctors or surgeon. 🥰
I live in Tennessee but when I was filling my 129 form for my husband I sent it to Texas so where do I send his AOS? First time I saw they have a place to send it at

Hi Ejoy! Thanks so much for sharing your journey and Congratulations! I am also in the process of adjusting my status and will soon attend a biometrics appointment. I do have an RFE that was sent last week but haven't responded to that yet. Still coming up with all the needed evidence to get approved. Most na nabasa ko na cases huli yung biometrics, after ng RFE submission. So yung sayu nauna yung biometrics, right? Thanks for your input!

Hi Ejoy. I appreciate all the info on this vid. However, what was the RFE required document they requested if I may ask? Also, did you send multiple G-1145 for each form or just 1 for the entire application? Thanks in advance for your response :)
hello,. thank you,. the RFE they requested was additional documents for proof of marriage. We were given the options, but we only picked the ones available/applicable for us at that time. So any proof or documents as married couples living together, like electric bills, gas bills, telephone bills, bank statements/cards, mortgage, car purchase, etc. that has the husband's and wife's name on it, or anything like a joint property or document.
The G-1145, we only submitted one copy of it. We put it on the same order as written on my checklist. ☺

Hello did u get the SSN before applying the AOS? Or did you get it after you applied for AOS?
Also Ejoy I have my DS3025 vaccine worksheet but the checklist on the USCIS website says I-693 for medical exam? Is that something that takes place when you do biometrics? Does USCIS schedule you a biometric appointment after you submit all your documents?
Yes sis, they will send you a schedule for biometric once they receive your documents. I didn’t have to send I-693 form since I had an approved form 3025 from St.Luke’s medical extension clinic during my medical before k1 interview . St.Lukes Med is qualified to do medical exam for us embassy interview requirements. Philippines ka rin sis? 😊

Yes photocopy. It serves as proof that you already have an ss number . The card serves as the receipt (means you have received it)
Sa lahat ng napanood ko kayo po very informative. maam can I ask if I need a Copy of government-issued identity document with photograph in AOS? sa website po kasi nila nakalagay yun na requirements, wala pa po kasi ako State ID, is SSN enough? meron napo ako SSN with my husband surname change.

Hi sis., wow welcome to America sis heheh, and you’re welcome that’s good to hear you guys watch my videos., yung payment sis merong form na ginamit si hubby for credit card authorization, para automatic ang uscis maka deduct para sa payment kasi hindi namin alam kung magkano lahat talaga kasi meron pang biometric babayaran later on. Na mention ko sa video ko sis sa checklist ko yung form para sa credit card authorization. Then yung schedule for biometric you have to wait for the USCIS letter para sa schedule mo sa biometric. Walang specific address sis but punta ka lang sa USCIS office. Nasa main city ng state mo yan sis. Dito saamin nasa salt lake city ang USCIS office . Google map lang sagot niyan sis heheh. 🥰
Hi ..my k 1 visa packet was taken from me by immigration officer at Dulles airport but it contains my medical report but i later contacted the hospital where I took the medicals and they sent me a copy of the DS 3025 to me thru email ,much more I have had more vaccinations when I got here..Is it good to send it to USCIS
Hello,. Did you mean the yellow packet? You should give that to the immigration anyway., that’s okay. But the medical form 3025 and the CD should be kept because that’s your own copy. Its not part of the yellow packet. When you apply for AOS, you can include the form 3025 copy, you may keep the original. Unless they ask for the original later on. 🙂

Hi., yes sis, if you’re the sponsor that means you are the petitioner or husband/wife. Legal name is what they need anyway sis. The same as the beneficiary, should use legal married name after got married. That if he/she prefers to use the spouse’s lastname. Whatever name she/he intended to use and written on the marriage certificate.😊

Hi sis., welcome to America., uhmmm I think okay lang sis. So if okay lang sayo na di ka magpa process ng for Advance Parole and Employment Authorization, yung green card nalang ang hintayin mo sis. Hindi ko pa narinig na I-485 lang ang sinubmit but I think okay lang yun., 😊

Hi sis ask ko lang po... nag file ako ng AOS Dec 2023 then natanggap ko yung combo card ko ng Jan 2024 then Feb 2024 nakatanggap ako ng RFE kinabukasan sinubmit ko yung RFE na hinihingi then March 1, 2024 USCIS received request response evidence of my RFE since March my case status never change it's been 4 months now this month. Shall i worried? Or shall I inquire to USCIS to check up my status?

Hello sis, no sis, only my passport and k1 visa photocopies were included. . Driver’s license was not included 😊

@@rainelowery it doesn’t matter sis heheh, actually you can just send them the 6 months old photo, they wouldn’t know. Just make sure that you have never ised that photo for your K1 processing before. 😊

No worries yan sis., nasa system na nila ang background ng fiance or petitioner, makikita nila yun sa computer. Grabeh kaya ang security sa amerika sis diba. So pag hiningan ka ng divorce decree, kahit photocopy lang yun, pagtingin nila nag match sa computer yung dala mobg docs, that means legit yung dala mo, and legit beneficiary or fiance ka.,
ang gusto lang nila ay makita nila na legit tayo sis . No worries yan sis 😊

Hello., welcome to America sis., hindi naman kailangan , if ever mn kailangan so gamitin mo lang yung vax cert. Pero sa AOS filing po kasi yung galing sa st lukes na medical form po ang pinasa ko. Hindi yung covid card copy. 😊
Sis Joy hello! What if my hubby as of now is not currently working because he got laid off from his company last October 2022. But before my K1 visa interview he looked for a job as his atty immigration suggest him cuz I have scheduled interview at the manila embassy that time, he suggested to get a job just in case the consul ask what is my petitioner's job. But right after I passed my US embassy interview a month after he resigned, so my question is how can he gave his payslip copy? can he submit his old payslip copy from 2022 where his been laid off and from the previous one where he resigned? plus how can we submit medical insurance? His not working yet so he cannot add me to his medical insurance? Can you please give us an idea on how can we provide the requirements? or is it okay we don't submit some requirements like payslip and medical insurance? will appreciate your reply with this matter.
hi sis,. did you mean you're now applying for the AOS? If he doesnt have a job for now , there is an option on form I-864 yung income other than the employment sis, kung ano yung ibang income or if he has savings or properties yun lang ilagay niyo dun sis e declare niyo lang para malaman nila. You dont have to submit medical insurance , options lang yan sis, pwedeng iba e submit ninyo like bills or bank joint accounts etc. No worries if hindi niyo ma provide lahat ngayon sis kasi along the process they may ask for additional evidence . At least meron pa kayong time mag produce or mag comply if you still dont have those documents on hand.☺

Hi sis., ganun ba? Yung nagsabi ba sayo ay original ba yung hiningi sa kanya? Kasi for me sis hindi talaga ako nag worry nung time ko na lahat ng docs galing ni petitioner ay copies lang, understandable naman kasi na personal docs yun and hindi pa tayo legal wife para humawak sa mga original docs ni fiance. I think the American consuls understand that part.
Yung sakin hiningi talaga ni FILIPINO consul ang divorce decree ni fiance pero copy lang yun sis. Wala namang prob talaga.
Wala akong originals.
Sometimes rin kasi nahihirapan sila mga foreign kumuha ng original divorce decree pag nasa malayong state yung divorce nila noon. Kaya copy nalang ang nasa kanila sis heheh, 😊
Pero if yung beneficiary is annulled or divorced, dapat talaga merong original sis. Dapat ang beneficiary ang mag comply ng original docs. 😊

Congratulations sis and hubby., uhmmm it doesn’t matter sis unless gusto mo ipa change. Iba kasi ag middle name para sa kanila kasi optional. Hindi gaya sa atin na dapat gamitin natin ang apelyido ng father natin para sa middle name. Okay lang yan sis heheh if okay lang rin sayo 😊

Hi sis, you can use your husband’s cellphone number. But I also suggest you get your own number rin sis para pwede mong e check a status mo online sa USCIS website. Each time mag check ka ng status, they will send the PIN numbers to your phone number first para makapag log in. And need rin ang phone number sa lahat ng transactions natin sa US like banks, check ups, insurance, work, etc. sis, 😊

@@anewaylayon1774 hi sis., saan mo e change ang lastname mo sis? Pwede mo na gamitin lastname ni hubby. But for your passport, you have to file for “Report of Marriage” first so you will become eligible to use your husband’s lastname upon passport renewal. Once ma approve and dumating na sayo yung ROM sis, pwede ka na mag renew ng passport. 😊

Hello sis., I think we have to submit the supporting docs for each application or form. That’s why I made more than one copy of those documents sis. 😊

hi sis,. 6 months yung sakin sis from filing to approval. Supposedly sa Arizona yung lockbox namin, but they transferred our case to Reno Nevada, during the process sis kaya siguro umabot ng 6 months. 🥰

I submitted the photocopies only for each form as supporting documentation. The originals are the forms which contains or includes personal signatures by the petitioner/beneficiary, also original marriage certificate for the form I-485 and photocopies of it to support the rest of the forms.😊

hi sis,. that's okay, usually it takes more than 10 days for them to send back a text message or email. Make sure also to check your phone messages. I received my Notice of Action or receipt numbers thru text from USCIS. After you received the receipt numbers, make sure to sign up or make a USCIS account on myuscis. So you would be able to check every updates on your case. ☺

Hi sis., no need to submit original birth certificate. Clear copy lang sis, lahat ng forms dun you have to support birth cert each so photocopy lang ilagay mo. Unless it’s specified. Usually naman hindi sila mag ask ng original depende sa case. But They may ask you original thru Request for Evidence, later na during sa process or during sa interview if they request for interview. Depende sa kanila, wait ka lang anu reply nila or instructions. Basta photocopy lang submit mo when filing sis.😊

Unless meron silang special advice for treatment na gagawin mo diyo sa US, then magpa medical ka dito.
If binigyan ka nila ng form 3025 ftom St.Luke’s, photocopy mo and yan ang include mo for filing AOS sis. I think no need na magpa medical dito sa US kasi tapos na tayo sa St.Luke’s. 😊

Hello po, actually it wasn’t a joint bank acct. Our joint bank acct had my maiden name that time yet so my husband used his credit card accts. Him as the primary owner and me as authorized user. The important thing is that on the paper, my name was there or mentioned. 😊

Hello po sis., yes sis, if you prefer to work po , so mag submitng supporting docs for form I-765., minsan kasi unahin nila approve ang I-765 and I-131 as combo card while on the process pa ang I-485. So you can work while waiting for the greencard.
But if dretso ma approve ang I-485, then it’s better. 😊

I remember noong binalik nila sakin ang docs kasi wrong address sinend ko, they marked a line on the barcodes on each pages sis, and I had to send new forms together with the marked forms. Kaya para sakin mag matter yun. ☺

Hello., since when did you get married? Yes use your husband’s lastname when submitting the AOS. Use your husband’s last name when filing out the form I-485. That if you wish to use his lastname in all of your documents especially for the green card. Then I suggest, you get your social security number or card first before submitting AOS. It only takes a week to get your social security number on hand. 😊

That’s good sis., uhm what do you mean mag apply sis? You don’t have to apply for that. You will receive nvc letter thru email. Then check your status also online sa egov uscis . It will show case “In-Transit “, then case “Ready” status. If case Ready na, thats the time to submit ds-160 then book medical then book interview sis. 😊

Kahit clear copy lang sis okay na yan 😊

You can request it on the website of the county you were married in. Or you can go directly to their office. Marriage certificate is very important when you apply for AOS especially if you came here in the US with a K1 visa. 🙂
