Here in America, I've found new opportunities, but most importantly I came here to be with the love of my life. And I know a lot of you do.

Here’s an update for my Report of Marriage which was submitted to the Philippine Consulate General in Los Angeles, CA, last year. It took only 2 and a half months of waiting time from filing. @@yaramaemiravalles1511 hi sis., yes sis tama yan if you’re applying for AOS. Even if you don’t include form I-765 or form I-131, you have to include a cover letter with I-485. @@Isabel-t1y that’s right sis., so parang scanned copy lang ang dala mo during interview. I cant remember if meron ba yang pirmahan mo sis or beneficiary signature. Petitioner signature lang naalala ko. But if merong signature of beneficiary, pirmahan mo sis. 😊

Hello po mam ok lang ba naka dalawa na ako ng id kasi nag crash ang site, pag retrieve ko id at ung security po nilagay ko pero ang nka lagay don surname at year of birth not match nalilito na ako. Hindi ko pa na submit save lang po. Help

@@bggtgggk3665 hi sis., after you get your greencard, you may file or submit documents for your ROM or Report of Marriage to the Philippine Embassy or Philippine Consulate General. And when it’s done, you may change your lastname on your Philippine passport if you wish to do so. 😊

Sa i-485 ilagay mo sa middle name is lastname nung single ka, that if yan ang gamit mo as middle name after marriage or sa marriage cert. Depende kasi yan sis meron kasi iba hindi na nila ginagamit ang lastname noon as their moddle name or e change nila. Sakin ginagamit ko pa rin. 🙂

yes sis,. but you have to update that once you get your phone number. Much better if possible use your own phone number nalang sis para di ka mahirapan sa ibang transactions ☺

@@KennyIsaBop hi., Im not so sure sis., but you can. Just in case they need further supporting documents they will have to ask or request you for it during the process anyway. So no worries. 🙂

hi sis,. thats the forms i-485, i-765, and i-131. And yes wait ka lang sa text and email or update sa uscis account mo. Everytime they respond or make changes or update or do something sa papers mo the updates or changes will be seen on your uscis account. wait ka lang for biometrics instructions or further instructions after that sis,. ☺

yes but fill it out together with the sponsor or if possible the sponsor, they know what to answer better. And also make sure they sign the form. ☺

Ask po, may vaccinations na po ba kayo prior to medical exam? I heard po kasi there are some vaccines that requires 6 months to complete, like hepatitis B 3 doses sya
I had those before sis during school years or college years rin,. but hindo ako nagdala ng any vaccination forms to SLEC, except COVID19. Binigyan lang nila ako ng vaccine shots sa slec including hepB and thats it. ☺

@@ejoyenjoys yes im currently processing coz i was given 221g. They need joint sponsorship. Coz my finace income last yr is not enough. So the lawyer use this form instead of form 130. Then i have to wait again coz ut should be uploaded to CEAC? Correct? Im confused. Coz i have for 130 on my hand for joint sponsorship. But which is which to use for k1 visa? Thank you for your help

@@joelrobertadams hi po sir., nope no need I-134 at the airport. That’s only during visa interview. Besides she got the yellow packet/package which contains all the important documents by the BI and customs in the US. PH airport she needs to bring the cfo cert and an E-travel registration, ticket and passport. 😊
