Very helpful information! I'll file the fiancée visa forms soon, and most videos I see assembling the packet are full of these notes, binders, and dividers. It actually makes a lot of sense to optimize this process in order to make the whole thing faster in the long run.
I got confused. Were on process printing our I-129f .no holes like you said it. But send it with out folders or binder with protective film. I know you said it makes there job easier and faster but it seem it's not formal sending just papers. Or USCIS doesn't care about that folders, binders??

ITS SOMETHING WRONG WHY KIDS STILL WAITIN FOR GETIN APROVED ANY ANSWERS ?
are pictures of me and my wife together needed in the i485 (and i130) application? i sent it last week this way concurrently, and i didn't include pictures of me and my wife together physically, will that be a cause of concern?
Hi thank you for this video, I was about to buy a beautiful folder to put all of the photocopies on. I have a question: if we can't put post-its on the documents, can we use highlighters? or how can we call attention to a certain part of a document?
Too late for me I just bought all those stuff from the store. Good to know though I don't really like the idea of paper clips and sticky notes on the forms. The USCIS is right they're too messy and complicated. PRINTS AND SCANS are better.
You can just do a blank page that identifies what’s in the documents behind it. Or you can do nothing. The officers will see this on their computer, and it may even be the case now that an AI reviews it. So don’t sweat it too much.

at the actual interview where you bring your pack k1 visa, still need to scan photos on paper? and also passport photo stapled in baggie to a sheet of paper?
I honestly think that if they are processing these applications by scanning them now, then submitted evidence should be done digitally with online form filing. It’s a waste of paper, shipping costs, and, in some cases, time.
I agree. I just wish they’d let us do that. Fun fact, over one billion dollars has gone in to trying to digitize forms. They have a little over a dozen or so working ones.
That explains why they have more digital forms now. We started the process back in 2019 and at each stage it felt like we were mailing off a dissertation in the mail. Have you seen any trend where they shift active cases on paper to all digital? Or would they only do that with new cases going forward? Either way, I hope they get enough staff to speed up the digitization process and clear out some of the backlog.
@@alexw5093 USCIS is self funded and they start all over with their development plan whenever there is an election, so right now they are moving forward but a Trump admin would likely send things back to paper as goal is to slow down processing not help it….
And as usual the ones who are following the process get their hand slapped….hopefully we’ll get the last stage submitted soon before more delays are introduced. Thank you for the information! You saved me a few hours of tabbing pages 😁

Just photocopy on one side
I love the notes approach. I always print single sided, but this is me just being paranoid.

How about a big family application? Shouldn't we separate packages for each person (with a clear folder or something?
