The design let this house down. I just don't think the interior design is all that good, save for a few features. The tile floors are hideous. A galley style kitchen is a no-no in a house like this, The backyard, pool and exterior design and lot is great house. The price is absolutely idiotic. This is maybe a 30 million dollar home, and it's been on the market for 3 years or more and they haven't reduced the price. Redo the interior and lower the price by 20 million.
