This whole build made me fantasize an entire university life I never actually had in London, spending nights in that Literature major room, listening to shoegaze and jazz while pouring over Lord Byron, John Keats and Percy Shelley while my roommates threw wild parties in the house. 😂

University is my fave pack!! I turned all the lots into frat/sorority houses and uni bars. I'm not a builder so it was hard to find builds that had enough bedrooms for everyone (i play with 6+ sims at a time). This build is key cause there's enough space

This is late, but I just put this into my save and made students for it. This house is so fun to play in and love the basement and bar area 🙂 really livened up Britechester!

10/10 love this! I have been playing the Pleasant sisters in University and I gave them cc makeovers and redecorated their house, gave them pet cats (two hairless cuties named Pinkie and The Brain hehe) and then two roommates that basically live in what was their walk in closets before because what purpose does a walkin have on the sims?! I want to make another off campus house that has some more friends, perhaps a love interest or two and I think this house really suits the town! I hope to place it on a lot nearby (hope it fits!)

I’m going to be releasing it once I have finished all the worlds, with the way I’ve been planning my save with all the family trees and relationships I want there to be relationships with other sims living in different worlds, so I am gonna to be releasing it once I’ve finished all the worlds and I can do all the smaller details which aren’t the builds! 1: i built two townhouses today for students as well (a lot more simple than this but im still proud of it lol)
2: I wish I saw this earliar but im still gonna put it in my game.

This is bonkers amazing. I’ve been working on builds for my ttrpg maps, and the biggest issue I’ve had is lack of freedom to move objects. I have moveobjects on, but you’re able to move your objects so exactly. Please please 🙏🏼 please tell me how you do that.

With discover university you are not allowed to add an oven to a lot that it’s either university housing or university dorms!
Apparently the game makes the assumption that college students don't know how to cook I guess. 🤣

But does non-dorm university housing work? Mine doesn’t. Students can’t choose them when they enroll/start a new semester.
Do the student housing work like apartments where you can control 2 different families separate from each other? Like while you play one family the other family will just do their own thing
If you have 1 sim and 3 roommates, you won’t be able to control the roommates, or any amount of active sims, the remaining beds will be filled by roommates automatically, and they just go about their day without you needing to control them
What world is this? And what pack do you need to get the ivy used on the walls? I love your builds!

This is stunning!!! How long does it take you to make something like this?? I always get discouraged when I can’t finish a build in one session but I feel that’s probably unrealistic
I can do builds on one sitting but it’s more so 12+ hour sittings 🤣 smaller lots take less time - this build was done quite a while ago so no chance remembering but I would say roughly a 20 x 30 lot can take me anywhere between 4-7 hours 🤍
