Ikit Claw is still "alive" actually, he appears as the main antagonist of Hamilcar Champion of The Gods. His new name is Ikrit The Ur-Rat. He's like psuedo undead until he learns how to reforge himself as Stormcast do.
Don't know why but that's how skaven cloaks look now, there are cloth parts with no connection that have the same lines. Can be even be seen on the new verminlord Vizzik Skour as well on the cloth hanging. It's by design and first few times I've seen it on connecting parts I used filler on it till I saw it on whole parts and then knew it's by design oddly.
But it isn't my dude. It's actually more Chad than Old World which has proven, time and time again, that it is a wet fart for old farts with nice rules and that's it.
Have you actually looked into the setting at all? It's actually pretty rad. I'd recommend some books if you're willing to give em a try sometime. Hamilcar Champion of The Gods, Prince Maessa, Bad Loon Rising, Gloomspite, Yndrasta The Celestial Spear, Skaventide, Godeaters Son, and the Realmslayer audio drama are all awesome! I've also heard really good things about Soul Wars but haven't read it myself to give my opinion.
@@joemamajoastar8708 I've looked into it when AoS first came out and I remember thinking, wow, that's some twelve year old boy kind of worldbuilding and I never gave it another look, disgusted by what GW had killed the Old World for, a setting that I actually liked.

I think it is because the skaven scavenge material to make armour and cloths so they have small segments that they make into large capes
its on purpose lmao, its because the cape has multiple layers or cloth that are loosely connected
While I'm not huge on the look, it is intentional. This design is on the Skaventide minis as well, in places they don't snap together as well.
Man, Age of Sigmar sure has nice models. If only the setting wasn't ass.
