Thank you my man. I was being a little careless and it was a good lesson to learn. Good as new now and not nearly as bad as I expected. Appreciate the support MachFishing
My goodness I'm sorry! I hope you are not in too much pain still and feeling better. I hope you ate those beautiful big crabs slow and enjoyed them to the fulliest.
Thanks for watching and thanks for the well wishes. I’m all healed up now. It wasn’t nearly as bad as I expected. Appreciate the support! I’ll be a bit safer moving forward lol Have a nice weekend!
I was out on a rocky pier in South Padre 6 months ago and got a spike through the bottom of my foot. Hurt like nuts, and you're not kidding about how HARD it is to pull that spike out. I nearly passed out from shock at how nearly impossible it was to extract. Anyhow, a hot as I could stand foot bath with epsom salt, flushing with rubbing alcohol several times, and forcing out more blood from the wound on purpose really did the trick. I was fine that night minus a little pain that I could ignore easily enough.
Dude! I did that too. Spike went through my flip flop and punctured my foot. I was lucky it didn’t go all the way through. That one hurt like hell. This catfish thing wasn’t bad at all in comparison. Thanks for watching my friend!
Hey Michael, they come in waves. I’ll catch 50 one year and 0 the next. I’d say on average about 20 a year. I’ll talk a little about a similar style to the Red Bocourt(stubby caripus) in my video today. These ones are practically black or very dark brown. I’ll catch a few of those as well. But keep in mind I probably catch nearly 1000 crabs a year so it’s a small number in comparison. Thanks for watching and thanks for the question. Glad you enjoy the channel!
I watched this video again, and I am still amazed how you handle 5 crab pots of that size. On your kayak.. Nice work. Do people of lesser character ever mess with your traps before you get back to them?
Hahah, Right!? My embarrassment factor was in full force when it happened… I probably missed out on what could have been cooler video because I was embarrassed (and slightly freaking out). Lol lesson learned indeed. I was being pretty careless Thanks for watching broski!
Yes indeed! Thanks. It’s all healed up now. I scored some cephalexin and it did the trick. Lesson learned and I’ll be more careful in the future. Thanks for watching my friend
That sucks. You were just talking about catfish on the last video too. Nice looking crabs you got though. Hopefully it doesn't get infected on you!
Haha. Literally the video right before lol.
Not my brightest moment. Thanks for watching dude. A little cephalexon got me good as new.
Great catching with the crabs sorry for the unfortunate stabbing from the catfish . And I'm glad you're okay
