The "Dragon Ball Z : Coolers Revenge" movie is rumored to take place in a non-canon timeline, during the three year timespan between Future Trunks' arrival, and the appearance of the Androids. In a flashback long ago in the depths of space, Frieza's brother "Cooler" watches as his sibling destroys Planet Vegeta, along with the rest of the Saiyan Race. However, one of Coolers henchmen notice a space pod with Saiyan baby having escaped toward Earth. Though they initially move to destroy the lifeform inside, Cooler insists its not necessary to clean up Frieza's mess. Years later, Cooler learns of his brothers demise at the hands of a Saiyan from Earth, and orders his henchmen to track him down. Meanwhile, As Goku and his friends enjoy their moment of peace after the defeat of Frieza, Cooler and his Armored Squadron arrive on Earth to kill Goku. Now faced with a new foe and race to save the universe once again, Goku and his friends must withstand Coolers rampage in order to bring peace to the Earth once more.

What's crazy is that Cooler rally screwed himself over at the start of the movie. Had he eliminated Goku, he would've easily supplanted his father and brother to become the new emperor of the universe.

The movie is confirmed to take place during those three years before the Androids during the anime only as said on one of the Daizenshuus.
It would have been so peak at 22:44 to use Goku revival theme in dokkan and swap to his active theme right after.
Honestly Cooler & Janemba are the only uncanon movie characters I could see being a cool character to bring back.
Stuff like Turles or Lord Slug I cant see being all too good in current db because either their concept would be similar to a existing arc or don't feel like they could live up to dbs powerscaling
Janemba is the purification of evil dumped onto someone in the otherworld, which I could still see being a threat nowadays
Cooler would be a interesting addition to main dbz / dbs especially if he tag teams with Frieza

I don’t understand how Sulza was able to fade gohan so easily. Dude must be far above Freiza soldiers. He can even trade blows with piccolo who’s at least as strong as 2nd form freiza. It just shows if Cooler came instead of freiza they would have been killed quickly
