I already cooked the potatoes partially and I mixed a balsamic vinegar with a red wine vinegar and an Italian dressing and I mix that in the potato and corn with a little sea salt and pepper. I’m about to put them in the oven.
Baked fish is SO much better when left whole and filled with wonderful flavors like this!
