Doing with a rainbow trout which I had to gut and prepare myself (never again lol) again used your guidance and cooked on a bbq. Cooking in oven tonight 😊
Thanks for sharing us this simple ingredients recipe. I tried it and it turned out well. Didn't use olive oil only butter. Need to put more butter as I wasn't sure on the measurement.
Thanks, I watched this video and I tried it on a 3lb bowfin and baked it 30 mins. I didn't have onion and butter, I used fresh garlic, dried onion crumbs, olive oil and burger fat. I used lemon salt seasoning and stuff the fish with lemon in the belly and head. It was our 1st time cooking bowfin and didn't know what to expect. The flesh is very soft, but not fishy and with lemon sauce and baking as shown in your video it was not bad. My boys ate it all. Middle child said it tasted like chicken. Thanks for the video.
Thank you for telling us the oven temperature! I NEEDED it. Simple, easy recipe!👍
My pleasure 😊
Thank you i am going to do a jack fish rigjt now.....
Nice one Richard
Thank you, tried this and it was delicious.
I make it almost the same. I don't put onion and i add thyme. You should try it with little thyme inside the fish.
im really scared also because of bone. is there any way of taking all the bones out then cooking it the way you did?
You can fillet them it takes abit of skill and a sharp knife .. There are vids on you tube to show how .
I followed directions to the T and my fish came out so good ! thank you ! "a bit of butter"
My Mrs has just bought me two fresh sea bass back from the shop can't wait to try out this recipe cheers bud
