Hello Favour, pls if someone does their social work MA in cardif, wales.. can they practice in England? I understand england has a different registration body than wales. pls help. thank you
Yes, you will. Just apply to register with Social Work England and that should be pretty much straight forward. Just check the website. Some students in my cohort who wished to practice in Wales and Scotland informed our programme leader then and she said she will forward their names to the regulatory bodies in those countries confirming that they have completed their studies with the university. So, if you're still in uni and wish to practice in a different country, you may want to ask them too. They might be able to help.
Is it important to have IELTS result before studying social work at the masters level. The school I applied for gave me admission but they request for IELTS of band 7

No. Just print the email they sent to you confirming your graduation date.
