    Mom of a 2 year old here (with another on the way!) and I can attest that learning to wake up at 5am is invaluable, especially when you become a parent! It definitely doesn't happen as consistently as it did before kids, but man that hour or so in the morning before my family gets up is GOLD. I work out, eat breakfast, watch RUclips, and is the only time of my day that I can take my time. Start NOW everyone cause it's a skill that'll last a lifetime!

      I don't use electronics before 10am, but the rest is solid. Coffee and silence first thing in the morning are seriously magical!

    I find that packing your schedule trick really true and so helpful! I find that I sleep so much better if i'm actually tired- not because I need to sleep because I need to sleep. I usually wake up at around 6:30 am everyday naturally (without alarms because my parents take my phone away at night so I don't have it near my bed), and this is the primary reason why I'm able to do that! once though I overworked myself and got super fatigued earlier so I slept for 11 hours (9:30-8:30) instead of the usual 7... self care is. important.

    i wake up early at 6;00 am tuesday wednesday thursday because oof work and it really helps me wake up take my medication take care of my pets and eat breakfest and then around 7;30 am i will head iut the door my sister has to take me because we work toughter and i cant drive because of my learning disablty and eyesight i can barley do my job but coffee has always helped me focs along with taking wellbutrio which helps me foucus i love your video keep up the great work and keep moving forward

    I used to wake up at 6:00 am almost every day. But one day in October I just slept till like almost 10:00 am. And now I wake up at like 8:00 am now and I want to start wake up at 5:30 or 6:00 again. These videos has helped me wake up earlier. It has been going a little slowly and every day I wake up 5 minutes earlier. Thank you so much Maya

    It helps having anxiety because it makes me always wake up before whenever I set the alarm haha. I could never sleep past it no matter how bad or good I slept. It happens everytime, but when I don't set an alarm I can sleep in for a long time. It's kind of weird how your mind works sometimess. I could never decide to just "wake up 15 minutes earlier" or something like that.

    I’m waking up earlier to have time to spend with God before going to grad school
    - have a full schedule
    - gradually earlier
    - perspective on snooze (you could eat breakfast in those 15min)
    - no negotiations
    - Good food 4 hours before sleep
    - Sleep position
    - Accountability (like a flight)
    - No alarm once a week

    i really like how you’re constantly updating about tips/hacks just anything about morning routines or waking up early 🥺 but honestly it’s been so hard recently because i’m just sooo tired from studying but i want to wakeup early because i feel like i don’t have enough time to complete my sch work :(

      eileen g. It’s ok 😊 Take it easy, one step at time. Take care of your health, eat well, don’t forget your vitamins and have a good sleep! I also had a hard time waking up early when I was a student. It will get better trust me ☀️🥰 Wish you much luck with your exams 🍀🤞

      you can train your body to need less sleep over all (aka sleep faster XD) but it takes time, i had a headstart cos of my semi-insomnia (meaning i could go a week without being able to sleep and sometimes I'd forget how, not sleep for a few more days then pass out when my head hits the pillow finally XD) so i could already go longer without recommended weekly sleep hours, but i can only just wake up after a little less than 6 hours. again, it'll take time, I'm getting better with sleeping at least 5 times a week at night now luckily. if you know your sleep chronotype you can figure out what would be best for you, and adapt your current schedule to fit around that. and instead of planning your time to create said schedule, plan your energy, do energy intensive tasks when your energy peaks/is higher than other times, and the tasks that are easy on you can be pencilled into the areas of the day where your energy is more depleted than other times (e.g. doing a 10/15 min declutter in your room before starting your bedtime routine. just avoid making a mess again tho, cos otherwise your brain will be like "bish you can go suck it if chu think I'm getting up now, dat is messy af, hell no, go back to sleep" XD)

      @@VMShix omg thank your for the tips ! actually i used to experience insomnia too i would go on for days and weeks with probably 3 hours of sleep cause i just cant seem to fall asleep but i managed to fix my body clock and it got better now i'm honestly trying so hard to make my body get used to lesser sleep lol hahaaha but it's obvly unhealthy and not working:")

    I totally agree with packing your schedule so you are tired by the end of the day!! I mean don't get me wrong, implement your self care and don't overwork yourself, but it helps me to have a busier day so I can a better night of sleep!!

    Me and my friend woke up at tried to wake up at 6:00am for a week so we would text each good morning in the morning for a form of accountability we failed😂but still🤣

    I want to wake up early to get organized like.. Seriously i have became lazy who don't do anything just uses the phone whole day and goes out in the evening to hang out with friends and don't even helps mom to do any chores...😿 i feel so bad! I just want to follow a routine.. Btw my summer vacations are going on (about to end in 2 days) when school starts so of course i am gonna have a routine.. In simple words i wanna be PRODUCTIVE!😺
