What footwork do you want to see in this series? Awesome patterns? Specific footwork? Let me know! Definitely need to learn the heel toe step! -->ruclips.net/video/yAn8MDqKKkQ/видео.html
I still have to get this one down. It's like rubbing your tummy and patting your head at the same time for me, but with this video I am sure to get it down soon... Baby steps! ♥️✌️
I totally hear you! I have had the same issues with various skills over the years. Lots of struggle s and then something clicks and you start to feel how the skill works and suddenly everything changes. It's a fun process but can be frustrating at times. Keep at it!!!🤙
I like these sequences. I like using a 4 count. I've gotten pretty good at doing toe taps: left toe together right toe together I need to work on lifting my feet to run in place. no idea why that's more difficult than toe or heal taps.
It is not uncommon for people to struggle with this. I think it has to do with lifting the leg. It's kind of like patting your head and rubbing your stomach or laying a drum beat with your hand and a slower beat with your foot, for a novice one seems to always speed up and throw everything off. Once you get it though, you get it. It just needs to click in your head.

I don’t know why but each time I try to do this I kick my feet backwards
Practice without the rope lifting straight up. You need to overcome the habit of kicking your feet backwards.
