Good morning Jump 15, first of all tell you that your channel is fantastic and very instructive, what is missing is a warm-up type video where you show the basic steps without rope, it would be great for the warm-up before jumping rope and would be very useful when learning footwork ..... ❤️ It!! I usually JumpRope Dance in a figure 8 adding boxer kicks, crosses n side swings to my routine. Newbies will experience upper forefoot soreness for awhile....but with practice muscles will adjust! 💪😜🙏
@@Jump15official It's a good warm up before getting in to practice. got a 4'x6' horse stall mat at Tractor Supply this weekend. Makes a huge differenc for dealing with Patellar tendinopathy
