Out of all these shows, I *despised* Alvin and the Chimpmunks animated. They looked WAY less chimpmunk, and are standing more upright like humans. Oddly enough, as much as there are so many things wrong with it, I rather like Butt Ugly Martians. And not just because it has Rob Paulsen and Brad Garrett in it. In truth, if there had been a bit more work done on the human characters' designs and the network had sprung for a better CGI program, it could've been just as cheesy and still turned out half-decent. Especially when you consider that Jimmy Neutron came out not too long after Butt Ugly Martians. The only other real problem I had with this show was the fact that Rob Paulsen voiced two of the main characters and they don't sound all that different; the one Martian sounds like Yakko Warner and the one human boy sounds like 2012 TMNT's Donatello. But, at least it didn't have as much shameless toilet humor as some of these other entries.
I agree with everything on this list besides the opinion of the show "Back To The Barnyard". "Back To The Barnyard" is a cinematic masterpiece with little to no flaws in its animation, story telling, pacing, and creativity. Almost every episode of the show was fantastic, and every time an episode ended I would get heavily depressed until the next episode came on. I pray to the show writers (like the gods they are) on a daily basis and watch the show from beginning to end non-stop every day. In conclusion the show is amazing and is very underrated.
MetroidJunkie EXACTLY, they turned down adventure time which was a SUCCESS on the internet for some shitty fart jokes. I guess nickelodeon wanted to play safe and chose fanboy & chumchum as it's plot is most similar to spongebobs'
I liked most of these shows including fanboy & chum chum and back at the barnyard. They were cool at the time but of course I've lost interest to them now but they still hold a place in my heart as nostalgic shows
Yeah I really did not like most of Spongebob but even I was taking aback at that considering how bad fanboy and chum chum is But he had pretty good reasoning they definitely ripped off the character dynamic
knew a supposed 18 year old who claimed kyle from fanboy and chum chum was one of his alters and ive literally never not been able to laugh at that memory
I definitely did not dislike it, but after going back and seeing the original movie, I was pretty surprised by how big of a departure it took from the original, character-wise. Most of the supporting cast seemed to be different, though I don't really recall EVERYONE off the top of my head, so I can't say for sure...
I occasionally remember things like "stoopy stinky," but then again I occasionally remember good stuff like "PSYCHO! TRACTOR! DRIVING DOWN THE HIGHWAY OF PAAAIN" "(OF PAAAIN)"
One of my animation teachers back in College was actually one of the storyboard workers for Mr Meaty, and he told me that Mr. Meaty was one of those few shows he REGRETS being a part of (out of thousands that he's worked on).
That's because it wasn't really released exactly. It was included on VHS tapes as extras for the most part. But, it probably would've been fine story wise given both Rugrats and All Grown Up!
Snail Cat and the animation is s***. Although I did see it on Netflix as a younger kid, FWIW. But I see the flaws now. Even I look back at some shows i watched as a kid and still hate now. Like Fan Boy And Chum Chum.
Mr. Meaty used to give me nightmares and scare the shit out of me when I was little. I completely blacked it out of my memory and forgot all out it so thanks for bringing my trauma back up 🥲

BACK AT THE BARNYARD??? WHAT??
rat I loved back at the barnyard
Yeah it was still a Good Show!
I didn't even have one issue with it
I loved back at the barnyard
rat I lpved the barnyard
2:15 Heck, in France, Sanjay and Craig is broadcasted on Comedy Central
YES, COMEDY CENTRAL
God, I hate that show.
I used to enjoy it. But I grew out of it
4:00 That laugh gave me flashbacks I didn't know existed.
Oh God true-
Same O-O;
Same I freaking cackled at the part it came on cuz I thought it was funny as a kid 😂
Fanboy & Chum-Chum will probably be the most infamous as the show that Nickelodeon turned down Adventure Time in favor of. Brilliant move.
MetroidJunkie EXACTLY, they turned down adventure time which was a SUCCESS on the internet for some shitty fart jokes. I guess nickelodeon wanted to play safe and chose fanboy & chumchum as it's plot is most similar to spongebobs'
The Howard And yet Gayboy and Shit Shit also had shitty fart jokes! Bunch of hypocrites!
I liked most of these shows including fanboy & chum chum and back at the barnyard. They were cool at the time but of course I've lost interest to them now but they still hold a place in my heart as nostalgic shows
MetroidJunkie lol I like fanboy and chum chum
adventure time isn't any better lol
Saberspark: *Puts Back at the Barnyard at the worst shows list because of low-budget*
Litterally everyone: *ANGER*
Me: *ANGER*
Yeah I remembered the show being funny
I don’t like it, but I don’t agree with placing it BELOW Breadwinners, which is the worst Nicktoon in existence
The movie was far better
Rage
Perhaps
8:58's subtitles are... hilarious.
"What are you gonna be for dream it being gay America"
I...
I can't add anything else to this.
man its weird as hell when you grew up watching a lot of these bad shows then realizing how bad they actually where years later 💀
I feel like everything on Nickelodeon just gave me nightmares and made me feel... gross...
Back in the day shows like Doug, CatDog and All that were bad ass. Now Nick has stupid shows.
I think that all today kids shows are bad like most of them are rip offs of the good old ones
I never even watched Spongebob because it grossed me out. The only Nick shows I watched were Rugrats, iCarly, and Victorious
Icarly was fun to me and let's not forget that Avatar the last airbender was on Nick too, that's one hell of a gem.
Rocko's Modern Life and SpongeBob 👍
Butt and fart jokes. Also there's a Rabbids show? What?
It's been on for awhile, it came on before Mario and Rabbids started their redemption.
To be fair, you have to have a fairly high IQ to understand the toilet humor portrayed in shows such as Rick and Morty.
How are you everywhere I go, also nice profile pic.
Fun fact: There was once a Rayman cartoon a decade prior which was _slightly_ better than this.
i forgot they made series for those rabbids its retarded humor but still leagues better then fanboy and chum chum
My mom banned Back at the Barnyard because it was a male cow with udders and she said it made her uncomfortable.
Emma Reeves the comedian who did the voice for Otis said he got an absurd amount of angry letters about that
my god man lmao your mother
My dad banned it because he said the show was brainwashing children into being transgender. 😐 Let's just say that our relationship isn't too great
Ellea Arin yaaaaa by the sounds of it.....he seems like a "special snow flake"
Amber Galway he is. And then he calls me a snowflake because I'm offended by his racism sexism and homophobia.
Hey man.. back at the barnyard and fanboy and chumchum were the BEST
I actually really liked fan boy and chum chum but I was also an ADHD kid with no standards so... ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Lol same here
Same
Annaliese Cancilla I hated it when that show would come on omg
SAME I couldnt help singing to the opening
Same. On both liking it and adhd
God FRED must've been so depressed having to film the stuff they did
The guy that played Fred actually has a RUclips channel separate from Fred where he talks about his experience
I want Freddy from icarly back so he can say that fred isnt funny🤣🤣🤣🤣
@@justjoannak and he's hilarious
Mr.Meaty: *exists*
And here you can pinpoint the exact moment in my childhood where I decided puppet animation was disturbing.
The fact that I used to like watching the majority of these shows when I was younger concerns me
How dare you compare fan boy and chum chum to spongebob
Well it hasn't been watchable since 2004 so....
Yeah I really did not like most of Spongebob but even I was taking aback at that considering how bad fanboy and chum chum is
But he had pretty good reasoning they definitely ripped off the character dynamic
вєηנαмιℓℓιση I've seen fan boy and chum chum aired on tv in 2015-2016
Joshua Garcia He compared it unfavorably lol
@@Benjamillion It’s watchable, only seasons 6-8 are bad.
Mr. meaty shouldn’t have of been a kids show, it should’ve been something they would air on adult swim at 3am
you basically copied that one comment
@@javierolmedo2225 oh, lmao, didn’t realize there was already a comment about it
It's a show that shouldn't exist at all
Mr. Meaty legitimately traumatized me as a kid, I’d have frequent nightmares about them
knew a supposed 18 year old who claimed kyle from fanboy and chum chum was one of his alters and ive literally never not been able to laugh at that memory
Back at the Barnyard was funny. It knew what it was and ran with that. The 4th Wall was eviscerated.
Exactly. It was self-aware stupidity at its finest. Some people just didn't get it.
It's pretty forgettable tho, i watched it when it was out and barely remember a thing about it
I definitely did not dislike it, but after going back and seeing the original movie, I was pretty surprised by how big of a departure it took from the original, character-wise. Most of the supporting cast seemed to be different, though I don't really recall EVERYONE off the top of my head, so I can't say for sure...
brolindres Actually, not a day goes by where I don't remember something from that show. It left quite an impression on me and my sense of humor.
I occasionally remember things like "stoopy stinky," but then again I occasionally remember good stuff like "PSYCHO! TRACTOR! DRIVING DOWN THE HIGHWAY OF PAAAIN" "(OF PAAAIN)"
11:53 I'm telling my kids this was Billie eyelash
*award for funniest joke*
*Y E S*
Yes please
What is about pig goat banana cricket look like CatDog?
It sounds better than Billie eilish
OI! BACK AT THE BARNYARD WAS FINE! SWEAR ON ME MUM
My friends and I laughed our asses off at that show
Yeah the stories were super wacky and unique. I remember one story even had a horse that took it’s mask off and was Weird Al
I fucking loved the pig skits
That show was hilarious. Remember Bionic Rooster?
Alpha Cult HOLY SHIT I REMEMBER THAT
We were fine intill breadwinners showed up.
Mr.Meaty scared me a little and disturbed me as a kid. Whenever the opening came on I had to switch to Cartoon Network to escape it.
Ravethecat12 I KNEW I WASNT THE ONLY ONE. 😫😫😫😫
It scared the shit out of me. Gosh, like 7 years later it stills disturbs me a lot.
Was that supposed to be a tv show for kids!?
Ravethecat12 lmao same; it was too ugly and disturbing looking, I always switched to Disney
Ravethecat12 Yeah I basically suppressed this until this video brought it back
Pfft, not even worth the channel flip now. All they play is TTG
"Was Back at the Barnyard a bad show?"
"Perhaps"
Yes no
Yesn’t?
But The Last Airbender was the best show on nick

I loved that show
I loved that show
One of my animation teachers back in College was actually one of the storyboard workers for Mr Meaty, and he told me that Mr. Meaty was one of those few shows he REGRETS being a part of (out of thousands that he's worked on).
Frisby2007
He was so wrong
Loved that show
Josh was the best!
I only ever saw ONE episode and I was unlucky enough to have it be the tapeworm episode
Sadly that show was one of my guilty pleasures...
I love mr meaty so fucking much 😍😂
Who made those puppets!?
WTF?? IVE NEVER HEARD OF RUGRATS PRESCHOOL WTF
Same here bruh
Young Savage That because they aired it at 6 am on Sundays for some reason.
That's because it wasn't really released exactly. It was included on VHS tapes as extras for the most part. But, it probably would've been fine story wise given both Rugrats and All Grown Up!
You should be thankful...
cause it was only 4 episodes lol
The twist that I loved all of these as a kid except 2 and 1, I remember staying up late to watch them lmao
I loved the barnyard as a kid.
same
Barn yard was lit wtf
i have no idea why it was on the list tbh. it wasn't outstanding or anything but it was pretty funny for the most part and just overall enjoyable
I agree that show was the shit
ikr this show was a big part of my child hood
Kufles But the bulls looked like cows
Snail Cat and the animation is s***. Although I did see it on Netflix as a younger kid, FWIW. But I see the flaws now. Even I look back at some shows i watched as a kid and still hate now. Like Fan Boy And Chum Chum.
Mr meaty honestly scared me as a kid
Ernest B Same omg
Ernest B I never seen Mr meaty but from the looks of it I'm already shivering ughh
Ernest B it still scares me now like i feel like crying after seeing it in this video bc of how uncomfortable it makes me smh
Ernest B it honestly scares me now
Ernest B me too
Mr. Meaty used to give me nightmares and scare the shit out of me when I was little. I completely blacked it out of my memory and forgot all out it so thanks for bringing my trauma back up 🥲
Most of these were my childhood, and that explains a lot.
Hi nezuko :)
@@WackyShackz Oh shit it’s the simp that gets no bitches from demon slayer
the Fanboy and Chumchum intro triggered me so hard. I went into a blind rage every time my sister made me watch that shit when we were kids.
I think it bops but I see how it can be annoying.
I think I lost brain cells from that show
Opinions
Breadwinners: Adore
Sanjay and Craig: in between like and love idk which one
Back at the Barnyard: Love, although I only seen 3 episodes and the movie
Rabbit's Invasion: Meh
Alvin and the Chipmunks: Love
Fanboy and ChumChum: GET THAT OUT OF MY FACE
Planet Sheen: Like, it's so nostalgic, but it feels too, dumb now
Rugrats Preschool Days: Never watched it, BUT IT SUCKS
But Ugly Martians: Never watched it, but it sucks
Mr. Meaty: seeing it makes me cringe for life, IT'S AWFUL, I'm glad I never watched it
I would have rather the carl wheezer show
A full episode of him vs France for all their croissants
My scapula!
Godzilla had a stroke trying to read this and fucking died
YESSS
I fixed it:
I would rather have a Carl Wheezer show than Planet Sheen.
Woah, really? Back at the Barnyard? I can agree if it's number 10. But worse than Breadwinners and S&J?
It's his opinion
Matt Lucas And it's Awkward Guy's opinion to disagree.
That One Awkward Guy
Yeah Barnyard was much more watchable.
Pretty sure it was his not 2d biased opinion....only season Mr Meaty was his number 1.
Cinematic Star Platinum Damn you shut him down quick lmao
That One Awkward Guy I thought Back at the Barnyard was mediocre but not as bad as those two shows
Back at the barnyard was my childhood
Chihosirim Amadi that’s definitely the best show on the list

I just remember toilet jokes from the show tbh
Oh yeah and I watched Back of the Barnyard too, the memories
And Rabid/Rabbit’s Invation
You’re literally describing my childhood
I find rabbids boring
I only watched 3 episodes until I got bored with rabid
Good thing the Nickelodeon co-produced seasons didn’t have the Winx fart constantly or make gross jokes.
I actually used to like Barnyard.
Well, as Saberspark sais, the worst thing about it are the visuals and as kids we couldn't really tell that

im noticing a pattern here, all these bad shows have a crap ton of fart jokes in them ( pun was not intended ), i mean god damn it, are we truly that lazy now in days we cant come up with better comedy that doesnt involve someone's ass.
also Rugrats Preschool day?!? when the hell did that happen?
this was a pretty bad list Saberspark ( by that i mean good because i agree with every one of them here, they all sucked )
keep up the great work dude
I remember watching Rugrats Pre School Daze, the episodes were considered bonus content on a Rugrats DVD I owned when I was a kid.
Billy Barnett Side Note: I will defend All Grown Up till the very end! It was a great show and I think it was a great idea in general that just wasn't debuted at the right time.
+Steve Silva I thought it was okay, definitely not one of the worst Nick has aired.
There not trying to entertain us adult kids they're trying entertain normal kids, and they have way different standards of quality tv so stop hating on the producers.
Tbh these shows were bad and we have every right to hate them but still
ZEADPOOL1991
The rugrats preschool thing stopped airing in less than a MONTH. So not many people know about it since it only aired, like, 5 episodes.
