Hi there! I’ve had vertigo since Monday, on and off for the last few days. I tried to reset today but when I laid down with my head to the right the dizziness was profound. I couldn’t hold the position, I felt so nauseous and horrible. It felt like it would not stop spinning. Did I not do it correctly? Should I try to do it again, even though it was so awful? Please make an informative video on how you proceed to treat posterior canal BPPV, where the otoconia won't pass the vertex segment of the canal. Been to treatment and done treatment myself at home for 2 months (rarely) , but haven't had good results. If easier, please answer me here. I am desperate.....
