- I may have made a lot of cool stuff for my kids, but I have yet to tackle a full bedroom makeover. That ends today! As we are going to take a basic and boring bedroom, and transform it into the ultimate Harry Potter room that will look like it's inside Hogwarts Castle!

It wasn’t too bad! That sea foam sponge goes pretty quick!
Love it! I did a similar thing years ago for a 17th Century Madrigal with my singing group, and we used large sponges, dabbed with all the colors, and then just applied to the wall. It saved on all the taping and multiple steps of coloring. Also made the "grout" lines more random. Can't wait to see Part 2.
Definitely could have done it that way and probably would have preferred it tbh. Check the ceiling vid! It’s pretty good. Hard at work on part 3 now! 🙌🙏

Question? What is the color of chalkpaint that you use. I have a gray bed and wanted to paint the same color you have on you furniture
I did a gray color first and didn’t like it, so then I just went to Lowe’s and had them color the chalk paint to a dark brown. You can really use any color.
How durable do you think the fake stone will be?
About as durable as drywall I suppose 🤣
