@@omgmico I wish I was that lucky. I take care of my mice and do not slam them or mistreat it. I've gone through 4 G Pro Wireless. 2 of which I bought and developed it after 5 months and then the logitech replacements did the same. Its those cheap omron chinese switches.
Interesting. Personally, I would pick shape over weight as long as the weight is within my preferable margins. I'm actually in a bit of a conundrum myself. I currently have a Zowie FK1+ and before that the old Steelseries Sensei. Both with very similar shape, ambidextrous, and almost the same weight, 92-95g. I am having a very hard time finding the right mouse that has a very similar shape, that also has side buttons on the right side, and weighs around the same. I don't want to buy the same mouse again. Therefore, the best match for me appears to be the Razer Viper (which has great reviews and I like). The problem is the Viper is only 69g. That's a 23-26g difference! and you just picked a new top mouse over another one that has a shape you prefer because it's 14g less. I've been playing Counter-Strike for 16 years and the last time I used a light mouse was when I was using cheap genius mice a loooong time ago. And while those were cheap office mice (maybe 50-55g) I felt like I had very little control of my aim (though a big part of that is due to the low quality).
I can recommend the Superlight, none of the issues on early models made it to my mouse, and I can aim A LOT better. I may have carpal tunnel syndrome, or something similar, and this mouse allows me to play with fast movements and precise aim where my Zowie S2 was too heavy (82g IIRC) and caused pain and fatigue. The S2 had a better shape, but the superlight is not bad at all, atleast for me.
I have had a similar situation when switching from a G502 to an MM720, although the G502 (about 120 g) is a mace compared to the latter (around 55g with griptape). Therefore my case is an exaggeration compared to yours. Everytime I reach for the G502, I yearn to say that I was mistaken to do the change and my aim happens to be just as good with more weight and that many buttons which come with it, but no, I am not. I play better with the MM720 on Friday night, even when I used the g502 the entire week and got back used to it.
I appreciate your insight. For me I’ve tried most of the mice on your top 10 list and kept coming back to the GPW over the Viper Ultimate due to shape. Can’t wait to get my hands on this new improved 60 gram mouse.
good job on logitech, but I haven't seen a low weight wireless mouse that isn't symmetrical. if we had an ergo mouse that was lightweight and good for gaming, it would be PERFECT!
I'd say it's worth it, because it is only 60 grams, (9 grams lighter than Model O Wireless) and has a decent shape (in my opinion) and of course, is the best (technically the second best and best being Xtrfy MZ1 - Zy's rail but it hasn't actually been released yet so) gaming mouse in RJN/Zy's opinion.

The original g pro was by far my favorite mouse until the double cliking issues happened on all of my copies of the mouse . I had to replace my g pro 4 times before I gave up on it completly. Please update if you have any problems with the mouse buttons.
I might not buy this mouse but I just like watching your mouse reviews and bought myself a G304/G305 and it really stepped up my game just want to say thanks.
Shape is most important in my mind. Weight is something that you literally will build up to over time but your hand is never changing shape. In fat, if your control is not perfect, a weightier mouse can actually help stabilize and cancel out any shake in your hand movements. I am fast, but not overly precise, so I speak from experience.
60g wireless mouse without holes? The price is probably justified. The microB is weird but on the other hand there is no chance you will break it with that included cable.
Guys its simple in my opinion. Ill try to explain: 65-80% valorant pro players use the Gpro X wireless. Rarely u can see some pro player using the razer viper ultimate.. and i can tell you its not about marketing or that the company pay them. Because a pro player need to be a 100% confortable with the shape and also the sensor. So G pro x wireless is by far the best mouse at the moment. There are tons of youtube videos with problems on the razer viper ultimate
I use the gpro wireless, and I can't imagine losing the one button on the right that I use. Shame really, would have enjoyed the weight reduction, but it comes at a price. Not to mention the actual price of the mouse itself, so really i'm thankful lol
Great review! I was debating between the Glorious model o wireless, G pro x superlight and the Viper Ultimate. I love the Model o shape but i'm so used to my g pro wireless currently and i feel like i would benefit a lot from the weight reduction with the G pro x superlight

have you guys ever had issues with the right click like going bad? i had mine for 2 months then it started pulling me out of my aim and then after that i could push it in further than it was supposed to.
I had the viper ultimate for about 6 months now, it was good for a while but now it feels like it's falling apart. The buttons are loose and wobbly and the scroll wheel squeaks. I had a a death adder years ago that also fell apart quickly and should have learned my lesson. I'm now a firm believer in the G305.
for some reason whenever I get a new mouse I need a month to compare anything cause for some weird reason I always end up better with a new mouse, objectively, then I get super worse after getting use to it, then I relearn it and optimize. The more different the mouse, the better I seem to peak in the first day.
The Superlights clicks were suprisingly better than my regular g pro. I don't get accidental clicks anymore and I'm loving the mouse. Feel more confident with it than with my Viper Ultimate.
To everyone who uses this mouse and is experiencing stutter/freezing in csgo/valorant, its not your pc.you dont have to re install windows or install a new psu or run multiple diagnostics checks, its not your gpu over heating or your cpu incorrectly installed, its this fucking mouse .make sure the receiver is near the mouse and upto date in software.if this is done there is no better mouse.
Where is the review tho? Clicks, scroll, sidebuttons, coating, feet... not sure if I missed that but I’d rather see a review/comparison than see someone say a mouse is better bc they play better with it + highlights for 5 min.
Wondering when the cost of these performances of ultralight mouse would be under $100... $150 is a bit too much for a small revision for weight. Wish there more comparisons for durability because in the end if its a rechargeable battery it could wear out like phones.
If the gpro wireless edges tapered in to the base at slightly more angle, it would be a perfect mouse (for me)… i need that outside edge next to the mouse buttons or i might consider trying viper.
I want to say right away, I’m no mouse designer or engineer. However, can’t Razer easily follow the same design principles as the Logitech g pro superlight? They can remove the rgb, the right side buttons, maybe shave off a few extra grams in the structure and probably more elsewhere. Moreover, they seem to have the better shape compared to that of Logitech’s, so they wouldn’t need to shave off all 14 grams to come swinging right back to Logitech’s response. I find this to be an obvious opportunity for Razer’s design team to quickly come up with a lighter Razer viper. While I’m surely being naive and dismissing a lot of other factors, I would expect to see in the near term something that strongly resembles a Razer Viper ultimate superlight edition. Again, I know nothing about mouse design and I have heard RJN say that it was quite difficult, but It just seems like a no brainer.
Personally, as a figertip player with 17x9.5 hand size and viper mini owner (thank you zy), i am looking forward to the viper mini ultimate or atleast a model o- wireless...
Razer should make a Razer Viper Ultimate Superlight without the side buttons on the right side, and the side buttons on the left side more improved/bigger... That would be for sure my main mouse forever
ive come to the conclusion that shape is more important to me than weight... i have the g903 which is ambidextrous, and i prefer the g703 which is technically a worse mouse, but it fits my hand soooo right... i dont mind the extra weight at all because of this.
Ambidextrous mouses aren't necessarily more ergonomic, in fact generally the opposite is true. Hands don't naturally lay flat on desks, they are rotated slightly. Otherwise, you end up with strain on your wrist.
@@RocketJumpNinja thanks for your answer. I follow you for a long time and respect your opinion. When it comes to mice you are the only person I take feedback from. All the best to you and early Merry Christmas
I do think that Logitech making us wait 3 years for the Superlight is kinda ridiculous, and it's so laughable that it isn't even Type-C. I do think that to fit into the current mouse market, the Superlight needs to be cheaper in price. The OG GPW was $150, but that was because it was the greatest mouse 3 YEARS AGO, but now, we have so many other mice that can compete. The GPW Superlight should come with other accessories or extras if it wants to be $150, but it really should be $100.
The largest gripes with the superlight are the Micro USb cable, and the price. Neither of those actually matter when you're playing so I can understand why its a top mouse. Will definitely be picking this bad boi up this December.
Type C is heavier, not by much tho. MicroB's fault is that it is fragile, but if someone can break that connector while using included USB cable with those reinforced plastic sides, than they must be totally incompetent.
@@naezith Doubt it. Much more likely it's for some other issue like surplus hardware, or some supplier contract, otherwise they wouldn't be doing the exact same thing with their wireless keyboards
Viper V2 Pro is lighter and I prefer the shape, so now I'd rank that higher. Sorry for lack of videos, seems all these mouse boxes have been the cause of my health issues the last few years, chemicals and whatever else is on them (still testing), so I'm in the process of putting them in storage elsewhere. I had them locked away in my studio room so I haven't been able to do any recording.

Zy when will you collab with a company and make a mouse that is entirely suited to you? I’d buy. EDIT: excuse the rudeness, I meant, have you ever considered it?
As someone with big hands the viper never felt comfortable to me but the g pro is the most comfortable mouse I have ever used. I tried the bigger recommend mouse first... Death adder V2 EC-10 etc and came to the g pro last as a result out of desperation as nothing was comfortable. Finally, I found a mouse that stopped me feeling strain from long use and enabled me to be as comfortable as possible while aimming
I like that you showed gameplay with the different mice, but it would be more interesting if you had included a handcam in the footage. Even though not everyone has the same grip/handsize as you I think it would still be interesting to see how you use both mice and if there are any noticeable differences.

Yay I'm first, but I edited this just to say that I love rjn, got the best mouse of my life (vipermini4life) thanks to you! Literally improved like 50% thanks to this lightweight beast(been using g402)
ok sick dude
Who cares?
@@howyoudoin7354 why comment if you don't care?
looking forward on the HyperX Pulsefire Haste review. love the reviews Zy one of my fave mouse reviewers
This mouse is soo light it makes my wallet lighter
Thanks for your help you website really helped my into choosing which mouse I want. In the end I went with the cooler master MM710 cause of the shape weight and price. Thanks man
The original g pro was by far my favorite mouse until the double cliking issues happened on all of my copies of the mouse . I had to replace my g pro 4 times before I gave up on it completly. Please update if you have any problems with the mouse buttons.
Great Lord Above a peripheral reviewer that plays movement shooters YOU ARE A SAINT.
Poor crazymehican getting fragged every single time.
I might not buy this mouse but I just like watching your mouse reviews and bought myself a G304/G305 and it really stepped up my game just want to say thanks.
It's finally here bois
You cop ? I got the white one
Ok but g pro x superlight or model o wireless?
for that price? Model O every time.
really enjoying your latest uploads, keep it up mate! as always quality is on point!
60g wireless mouse without holes? The price is probably justified. The microB is weird but on the other hand there is no chance you will break it with that included cable.
Once warranty is gone, it's super easy to solder in a USB-C. Did it on my older mice.
Guys its simple in my opinion. Ill try to explain:
65-80% valorant pro players use the Gpro X wireless.
Yooo ever since this mouse got releazed i have just waited rocketjump ninja to make a review on this mouse
After just spending $150 on the g pro x superlight, this is what I needed to hear
Bring on the Viper Mini Ultimate...
ik better everything except shitware synapse and ghub are both so ass hope they fix that
I use the gpro wireless, and I can't imagine losing the one button on the right that I use. Shame really, would have enjoyed the weight reduction, but it comes at a price. Not to mention the actual price of the mouse itself, so really i'm thankful lol
xtryfy m4 or viper ultimate? which has the best sensor? ;//
Sensor doesn't really matter these days, it's about shape, size and weight mostly! And wireless VS soft cables.
oh okay thanks. i just bought the viper ultimate yesterday, and gooosh it feels soo good and accurate!
Great review! I was debating between the Glorious model o wireless, G pro x superlight and the Viper Ultimate. I love the Model o shape but i'm so used to my g pro wireless currently and i feel like i would benefit a lot from the weight reduction with the G pro x superlight
@@notvkn I wanna say you're right but my current g pro wireless has side button issues that double click. That's why i was looking into a new mouse in the first place
And also sometimes my guns don't wanna shoot when i press the button so also that unfortunately. Had this mouse for over 2 years by now tho from the first batch i believe
@@valyrian5026 Do u think this miss click issue will be fixed in the newer pro x superlight?
Former Quake player here. What servers do you play on? I'm having a hard time finding one of the old classic servers. Evertone seems to be populating the custom ones.
After trying out several mice and ending up on the GPW and using it for over a year, this is an exciting upgrade.
have you guys ever had issues with the right click like going bad? i had mine for 2 months then it started pulling me out of my aim and then after that i could push it in further than it was supposed to.
I guess the man makes the mouse instead of the mouse making the man.
I hope amazon ships these out tomorrow or I receive it on the 3rd !!
what about the double click issues i needed to replace my switches on the g pro. is that solved with the new one?
seems like they did, but it still needs time to find out.
I've had my Viper Ultimate 1.5 years with zero issues.
for some reason whenever I get a new mouse I need a month to compare anything cause for some weird reason I always end up better with a new mouse, objectively, then I get super worse after getting use to it, then I relearn it and optimize.
The more different the mouse, the better I seem to peak in the first day.
same issue here.
These 2 mice are the best wireless mice closely followed by the G502 Lightspeed
Mouse is great but that price ehh... Gonna stay with my MM710 and maybe buy this one if it gets some kind of good price cut
do you reccomend the mm710. I play relax claw and have 18.5 cm hands
The Superlights clicks were suprisingly better than my regular g pro. I don't get accidental clicks anymore and I'm loving the mouse. Feel more confident with it than with my Viper Ultimate.
If only Logitech were able to offer reliability and build quality to go along with that ridiculous price.
I agree. And what good is a wireless mouse if you have to recharge it once a week. How long is the battery life?
I love how RJN puts the pro x directly in the first place.
Viper mini ultimate super light edition would be my endgame
Will you make video about Superlight 2 ?
Isn't it basically the same?
@@RocketJumpNinja I think superlight 2 differs in that it has: less grams, Hero 2 sensor, 2000HZ (0.5ms), better battery life
@@Hiena008 Yeah so basically the same, it's about same weight still, 2000hz won't make that much diff, and battery life ... it's already pretty good.
@@RocketJumpNinja thanks for your answer. I follow you for a long time and respect your opinion. When it comes to mice you are the only person I take feedback from. All the best to you and early Merry Christmas
I bought the razer viper ultimate like the day before this dropped.. -_____-
Viper has a better shape the gpwX has lower weight which would you prefer? Me personally I would choose shape over 15g of weight
literally ordered this mouse at 1AM today on amazon and it just delivered… lets see how it compares to the RVU
So, how did you like it after a month of use?
I do think that Logitech making us wait 3 years for the Superlight is kinda ridiculous, and it's so laughable that it isn't even Type-C. I do think that to fit into the current mouse market, the Superlight needs to be cheaper in price. The OG GPW was $150, but that was because it was the greatest mouse 3 YEARS AGO, but now, we have so many other mice that can compete. The GPW Superlight should come with other accessories or extras if it wants to be $150, but it really should be $100.
I love the GPW as it is. And I love that the new one is just lighter with better feed. Everyone is different.
The GPW wasn't released 3 years ago...
@@PiedsNusDansLeCul it was released late 2017
When you are going to talk about the double click issue with logitech mice?
that's been fixed since the shroud mouse released
The day I buy a RVU, Zy updates the top mice :(
Why does it mather? It's an amazing mouse. I have the original GPW and i'm happy with it and it's at 4. Even bought it while RVU was still top 1
The largest gripes with the superlight are the Micro USb cable, and the price. Neither of those actually matter when you're playing so I can understand why its a top mouse. Will definitely be picking this bad boi up this December.
Really think they missed out on an opportunity by keeping the same shit micro USB port.
Probably the hardware required for USB-C is heavier, that's a solid reason imo.
Type C is heavier, not by much tho. MicroB's fault is that it is fragile, but if someone can break that connector while using included USB cable with those reinforced plastic sides, than they must be totally incompetent.
@@Quettesh that "not much" is a lot at this scale
Definitely did. At least with the Viper Ultimate it’s on a charging dock so wear and tear on the micro USB port isn’t an issue
@@naezith Doubt it. Much more likely it's for some other issue like surplus hardware, or some supplier contract, otherwise they wouldn't be doing the exact same thing with their wireless keyboards
Why dont you use the ptfe cover plate thingymajjig
when it starts double-clicking....you know which mouse to reach for ;)
hi ninja, could you pls do a vs review for gpro x and viper v2 pro. cheers mate
@@RocketJumpNinja Thank you Ninja, you've been my mouse guide for the past many years. Hope your health get better mate. All the best
@@RocketJumpNinja actually bought viper v2 pro, its too flat for me.. hand is more tired than g pro, g pro already giving me fatigue. I am gonna return the viper and get the new deathadder v3. thanks again!
Zy when will you collab with a company and make a mouse that is entirely suited to you?
I’d buy.
EDIT: excuse the rudeness, I meant, have you ever considered it?
This post aged extremely well, I'd say
@@Pokeanu I afree

Zy: i like the weight change to superlight
Shroud: doesnt it feels to light?
@@rdmz135 yeah who ask?
@@rdmz135 what a remarkable point. Kudos!
BURST
PRO
PLEASEEEE
Burst Pro Gang! I'll have mine tomorrow.
I like that you showed gameplay with the different mice, but it would be more interesting if you had included a handcam in the footage. Even though not everyone has the same grip/handsize as you I think it would still be interesting to see how you use both mice and if there are any noticeable differences.
The title could be talking about women.
The Endgame Gear XM1 is still the best mouse out there for me (possibly competing with the Roccat Burst Pro). Can't wait for a lighter and slightly shorter version of it with other minor improvements such as wireless and more comfortable resting space for the pinky.
Really? because idk which one i wanna buy more
