Let‘s hope they are done with Blofeld. There simply is no real life equivalent to Spectre. An unpolitical terrorist organisation based in the west is just silly and implausible and basically a copout to avoid the Russians, Chinese or Iranians. Or you know, those Islamists who operate all over the world.

In the books Blofeld is described as looking “like a doll” and being a former body builder. Terry Savalas’ eyes, face and body fit that description perfectly and he’s very menacing with his mannerisms. I forget if he ditches his crew cut after Thunderball book but it doesn’t matter. He looks way better bald.

I like them all but the first two were the best. The only weak one for me was Max von Sydow. He was not menacing and looked more like a slim Santa Clause.

Telly Sevalas was so damn physically menacing in this role. He's easily the best one to me personally.

I preferred it when we didn't get to see Blofelds face. Made him feel more powerful and menacing to me. But out of the Blofelds we do see, Savalas is my favorite. He feels like he could physically be a match for Bond.
My favorite Blofeld was the unseen one in From Russia With Love and Thunderball. Without a doubt, the most menacing.

From Russia With Love, Thunderball, You Only Live Twice, On Her Majestice Secret Service, Diamonds Are Forever, For You Eyes Only, Never Say Never Again and the actor Christoph Waltz in Spectre and No Time to Die. So 8 Blofeld personality and practic the same person, I think this guy change her face but that is not true because Bond in movies everithing recognize them and practic is the same person.
If Blofeld is Blofeld, does that mean that Bond is Bond & that they are somewhat similar? Does their past try to describe something? Can longer surnames sometimes become shorter? Can people have 2 different surnames? Is film character Madeleine Swann close to Blofeld in some way?

As terrible as George Lazenby was as James Bond the high point of the film was Telly Savalas as Blofield. If they didn't go the comic route with Diamonds are Forever and made it more serious, he and Sean Connery would've been great playing off eachother. Also Chris Waltz was the perfect 21st century Blofield.
