It did not work. Anytime I'm in a new area my frame rate drops still, and at one point the colors got muted and I got some weird graphical issue that distorted my game window for a brief moment. Would not recommend
This fix work only for low-end PC systems that cannot work normally with this game on their own Stuttering when u in new area is normal. This happens on any PC system. It's stuttering on 7800x3d+4090 and celeron+gtx1050ti no difference (for example ofc) My system 7500f+7900gre stuttering sometimes when i enter in new area, but everywhere no matter what I do and no matter how much action is on the screen my frame time is stable than USD rate

HDD stable or SSD? Change FSR to Epic or NVIDIA
Frame gen issue
The first 2:00 mins helped just restarted my pc and boom im getting constant 100+ instead of 60 with lag spike and I have a 3070
