This is such a bait. Most of those fixes can be found by googling "How to boost FPS in games?". They are generic settings for Windows and some of those have been patched already not to tank your fps. I'd bet money the Performance patch is another pack of generic tweaks to windows that you can find in most google guides on boosting fps in games.

Hey I dont know if you are tested it clearly or not, "hardware accelerated gpu scheduling" give the game frequently micro stutter when it is on. Maybe someother setting cause it i dont know if you have a clue about it, i could try your solution. Nice video btw.

for those watching to check if it works or whatnot yes it does and does not put ur device at risk in any way i went from 30-40 fps with minimal lag spikes to averaging 60-75 fps in aram it can spike to 100 i genuinely recommend u follow all the steps
