The power A have a drift problem and the PDP have a problem whit the stiks my frind have 1 and he play smash competitive the pdp controler is good for 3 months.... i see, the hori have the minor problems, the only problem is they have a little snapback, the users of hori report snapback but is little and the hori no have much errors
I got a power a controller for christmas and it lasted 4 days and randomly stopped working whatsoever
PowerA actually has good controllers, but there's a HUGE difference between their ''standard'' copycat controllers and for instance their ''Fusion Pro'' line. I've got one of those Xbox Fusion Pro controllers and it's very good, outside of one thing: their analog sticks *love* to go in 8 directions. You do have full motion control, but unless you're at the outermost edges of the analog sticks it'll try and pull you in one of the 8 main directions you'd see with a DPAD for instance... The quality of the pad itself is actually quite decent compared to my regular Xbox pads. But their 'standard' controllers... yeah, don't do it.

Recently moved to Japan and saw a pile of these in a shop (wasn't sure if they were Japan only) - safe to say I'll be heading back there to buy one now! Great review mate.
Hmm why would Joy-Cons be showing up as P1 after turning the console on? Can’t we just use the power button on top of the device?

It’s not a big issue but is something some people will take into consideration.
Shwelpz Justice I see that issue personally the first time I got it the I hold the home button and nothing happened I realized I can’t do that and i got pissed

no, there's no analogue. I use gyros gamecube adapter with a gamecube controller
@@TwinCherryStudio if i only knew original gamecube controllers would hit 3 figures in the future i would have bought 10 of them, late 2000's was the best year to buy, i bought my last gamecube in 2009 for $40 bucks with an original gamecube controller barely used at the time,

@@TwinCherryStudio i have 4 gamecubes, the original purple one that was purchased in 2002 for a whopping 250 euros, and 3 gray ones that i bought in 2009, the first one is retired but the controller aint giving up yet, and i got like 4-5 original gc controllers here and there collecting dust, all of them in ok condition, i found one yesterday hoping that it works which is why i order a GC adapter for PC, i just figured how to use dolphin emulator but im currently using ps4 controller, i literally ordered 8 gamecube controllers not 10 minutes ago, some with gc port and others with usb

1xGameExpert $17 that doesn't work properly at all, when i press a,b the C stick is being used for some reason. but i'll keep the shell and buttons, those are great.
and 2x original GC controllers for $10 each from a trusted page. If half of them work properly i'm good. i just spent $130 on GC controllers today, what am i doing.....
I read somewhere that it's really hard to short hop in smash with this controller. Anyone have some insight?
For anyone wondering, I bought it and the Hori controller is great, no problems with short hopping whatsoever, in fact it's the closest 3rd party controller compared to the original, which I bought a couple of weeks later

I cant get this to work on a Mac or ps4...anyone want to help? don't rly care about the ps4 just how do you do it on a Mac/ pc

Do you think it's worth it for someone who has never used a gamecube controller? I'm worried that the button controller might be a little too wierd for me, or maybe the c-stick might seem too small. What do you think?

I do not own a switch, my friend does but he is a drunk. I want to buy battle pad controllers so we can play smash, all using the battle pad controllers. (The other switch controllers are trash for smash.)

How many battle pad controllers can we connect to switch. We would like to use 4-6 battle pad controllers to play smash but I do not want to buy 6 battle pad controllers and only be able to use 2 of them at the same time.
You can use up to eight controllers at a time when playing Smash.
You can have 8 if they are wireless. I think the dock limits 2 usb plug ins
