Last month I could not even complete it once, now 4 rounds seems like a piece of cake. btw I lost 7 kg (15 pounds) in a span of 45 days. Jumping rope really does not seem like an exercise its more like something you wanna wake up and just do it for the fun.

can i ask what was your start routine and how did you gradually do more? Like 100 more every week or what?
@@mrittwikaduttagupta2835 I did not count the number of jumps I did, I jumped at a medium pace, on the first day I could hardly do 2 mins, daily I increased an extra minute of jumping, for the first 10 days I did this twice, now I jump rope for 4 days a week 40 minutes with 15 secs rest between 1 min rep and also I was tracking what I ate with Healthify me application that also helped a lot.

I did 2 rounds and that was tough. I do pilates (30 min) right after so I don't want to do too much too soon. I burned over 200 calories in 16 minutes, thats insane.
managed to do the full workout three times without breaks in between. will try to aim for all 4 rounds tomorrow! thank you for the 450 cals burned today!

This taught me to respect men (and women) who are way beyond my level of physic. One day I'll be able to do this too.
A really helpful addition to add to your exercise videos would be to either count down the last 5 seconds, or put some kind of beeping sound. Something just so that there is a clear ending of 1 exercise / ending of rest etc.
Try this interval timer. It automatically counts down sets and rest periods.

I just came in from doing the thing outside. Was doing interval training alternating between the agility rope and the 1LB heavy rope. Boy I'll tell you the cross rope guy was right about the heavy rope being really good to get fluid with your timing and whatnot. Two days of heavy rope has done more for my technique than two months of agility or speed rope alone.

There cheap jump ropes which are good. I bought a jump rope 3 years ago and it was $27...guess what, it still works completely normally. If you want to spend zero money, there’s always cables and ropes which works very well.
In my country especially in my hometown we have a 2/4 lb rope with 5 dollars very good!!

I tried this today. This workout just broke me! I had to cheat my way during the 4th set as I was gasping for life.
In such a case when I am exhausted, and muscles aching, what can I do to maintain my heart rate for the entirety of the workout?
Also, please tell me if it's safe (for someone without any chronic illness or condition) to do this workout 5 days a week. Or should it be done alternate days?
