Hey dude, good video, your clarity when speaking on your videos is very good and i love it to try to improve my listening in english, the review it's too good. I too think the software it's garbage btw. Greetings from Argentina!
When ever I go to click uninstall hyperx cloud II it doesn’t come up with “attempt to remove the drive from this device” is there anything else I can do to uninstall the driver?
In terms of sound quality on ps5 .... this one or steelseries 7p .....because I have this and sound not very good( just ok) ..... so what headset should I put
yo man nice video. you definetly got some talent as a youtuber and definetly reviewer. but as a baby audiophile. let me explain some things. driver size is indeed just the sound of the physical speaker itself, HOWEVER. bigger drivers do no instantly mean more bass or that it's louder. how loud it can get heavily varies on the amplification that driver is getting, and since its a wireless headset, it has an AMP inside the headphone itself so it can drive it. and when it comes to gaming headsets, Hyperx is kindof top dog along with sennheiserxdrop with the game one, pc37x, pc38x. and then lastly we have the TOTL gaming headsets like audeze maxwell and astro a50s(kindof irrlevant because of the maxwell unless you can find them cheap)
@@LewisCherichel A bigger speaker can definetly get louder, potentially that is. It still needs to be able to cope with more power that'll be required for it to get louder. There's a reason why most wireless headphones stick to 40mm drivers. Because they are an efficient size. Because the driver is smaller, it's can be easier to drive, therefore also requiring less power, and thus resulting in more volume and less battery drain.
Hey man when i bought these headphones and opened games, the audio was very bad compared to my previous headphones, its like very bass boosted and not normal any idea how to fix this?
You have to describe the bad audio, is it choppy? Does it have any static? It shouldn’t be that different from any sort of regular headphones at all so it could just be that yours are defective, you could also try installing drivers.
@@LewisCherichel the audio is like very light compared to a normal pair when inserted into the AUX. The volume is fine but its like listening to audio in a soft wind. And it also has a bit of staticy noises
Yooo I uninstalled the software and uninstalled the drivers and the issue I had with my audio cutting out for a few seconds randomly disappeared, thanks!
That is an excellent question. I doubt it though since it would probably require drivers and most smart TV usb ports only provide power, it would depend on your TV but for 99% of them it would be a no.
Sorry, I forgot. Unplug the USB adapter - Go into Device Manager, click View on the top navigation bar and enable "Show hidden devices" - Expand the "Sound, video and game controllers" section, right-click the "HyperX Cloud Alpha Wireless" (Or Cloud II) device, and select Uninstall Device - Make sure "Attempt to remove the driver for this device" is checked and click Uninstall - Now expand the "Software components" section, right-click the "DTS Audio Effects Component" and select Uninstall - Restart your PC

Hello, is it safe to charge the headphones with smartphone chargers? (Type C-C). Provided that the charger is a legit one and functioning (anker)
Yes.

microphone seems quiet. Am i able to boost the volume there?
I don’t think so, you could check your windows settings to see if it’s low there but other than that no.

I don’t have a PS5, so I can’t really tell you. But I like the sound quality on the IIs more so than the Arctis 7s.
Have you tried going to sound then audio output and at the bottom changed it to dts so it’s formatted to the headset required

My bad. Thanks for letting me know about the drivers, I just assumed since bigger speaker = bigger noise. Should have done a little more research.

Can this headset connected to smart tv?
