Looks like it was a bit of a fun time there. I have not been to Monarto for years. I might take a bit to get the hang of the drone but they are good fun I find....stay safe.

@@MRTPR I started with a cheap one my self I could see that a good one would not only take awesome video footage but it would be better to operate so I ended up getting the DJI mavic mini and man that thing fly's its self. I use it in some of mt videos.

Nice one..! I had a drone but couldn’t get on with it and since here in the UK we now generally have to have a licence to operate them, I’ve given up on it. 👍

When it said Safari Park I imagined one that you drove through in your car and kept the windows closed. Images of you two trying to outrun a cheetah or lion on motorbikes loomed in my head thinking it would be combined with a test of motorcycle gear against claws! The dragging test of motorcycle trousers would also have been given new meaning! At least your drone driving was not too disastrous, unlike mine, easy to find on my channel, as it is the only one that has the word drone in it. Took off never to be seen again but did send back footage of the surrounding area from about two thousand feet. A free camp ground is unusual and to have some basic amenities that's a bonus. Do you have to plan all your journeys with Chris by the availability of playgrounds? 😂😂🤣🤣
The Safari park we did in the parks bus fortunately. 😎 So sorry to hear about your drone, I hope I keep mine for a while longer. The playground at the campsite was just a bonus, we do travel often when there aren't any and Chris does fine fortunately. 😎

Nice little trip! The drone reminded me of one the earlier videos I watched either on your channel or Hornet and Bandit. You said you had a drone and the camera cut to a ground shot then it lifted off. Then the shot went to Chris holding the camera on a stick. That cracked me up!
Yes Chris really wasn't up to it anymore, I finally traded him in 🤣.

@@MRTPR What drone is it? Were you flying it with your phone or is that a controller?
It is a Zero X swift, very cheap beginner drone. Not very good quality footage, just really wanted to see if I really want one. The controller was with the phone. It is really just for fun, very enjoyable. 😎

We accidentally found it a month ago riding through. Nice place. Palmer also has a free camp ground amongst the Olives at their sports ground. Thanks for watching mate 😎

It's so nice to see you doing motocamping videos... and congratulations on your new drone! 👍 At least you didn't crash it on your first try... I had the unfortunate experience of crashing my very first drone on the very first day that I took it out for one of my vlogs (chalked that to experience)

Nice video mate ! Careful flying the drone with windy conditions mainly when you have trees around you. Believe me I crashed mine 4 times or so and I still wonder how my little mavic mini still runs. 😜 All the best ask aways. Cheers
Thank you, I have looked at the Mavic mini and the spark. I would love the Mavic but my budget may only stretch as as far as the spark. Has the Mavic been worth the money for you.
@@MRTPR I spent several months binging RUclips drone reviews and finally picked the Mavic mini (the original model) mainly because it has a 3 axis gimbal, 2K video resolution, an actual range of 1.5 Kms (but advertised as 4 Kms) and only weighs 249 grams so I don’t need a drone license. Yes it is solid and trouble free !

Thank mate. Good to be back. There has been so much happening with work and COVID increasing my work load. ( I am in the medical area ). The drone was uncontrollable. I moved onto a much more capable drone now. Thankfully we were in a bus going through the lion enclosure. 😎 Thanks for dropping by.
