I like what you said about "it doesn't have to be about all or nothing". Can you imagine the improvements in somebody's physical and mental health if they did this sequence every day for a year? Exponential I suspect. I always have the simplest goal when it comes to one of these sequences as well as the exercises that I do prior to it: I just want to feel light and refreshed at the end.

It really is a shame because she has a lot of stuff on her channel that I would love to try but the first time I tried one of hers I ended it a couple of mins in and came straight back to Jessicas channel lol. It was just too distracting and I couldnt get in the moment because there was just too much talking for my liking..... Jessica (and Arianna Elizabeth) never fail to disappoint!
Perfect! A lot of these RUclips yoga instructors are focusing on the posing but not being aware of their own state. They are not relaxed and you can hear and feel the nervous energy in their voice. But this girl is magic. The voice really helps soothe my stress and regulate my autonomic nervous system.

Oh I actually loved it so much right now. Before this I was little bit angry or annoyed, and now everything is gone. I feel so relaxed and I am so proud of myself, that I found a way out of my feelings (with your help 😋). So I am proud, that I didn't made drama with my family, and instead did this video. It also brought to me feeling of love for myself. ❤️
Love this class-I’ve been doing it every day for the past three days, pausing the video for two minutes in spots where I know I need a little more time. This has been a great way for me to start forming a consistent habit-and today I was able to get farther in my stretches than I have in a long time. Thank you!

I wasn’t ony my matt for a longer time and throughout the practice I struggled a lot with staying present with my breath, noticing my sensations or letting go of the tension. Just realizing that helped me a lot. For anyone reading this, if you feel bad for “not being present enough” or not being “calm enough, “happy enough”, “relaxed enogh”. - please do not worry about that. You do not need to try hard. Your feelings, thoughts and eventually even attitude will unfold naturally. For me, that is how I can move forward on my journey with honesty, truth and openess. May the light be with us all💗 Namaste

Thank you Jessica! Your guided yoga practices has made a huge difference in my life. I work long shifts and suffer from ptsd/anxiety and taking time in my day to sit on my mind and participate in these sessions have done wonders for my mental health. When I was in high school I used to do yoga with my therapist every week, and this reminds me back to that time.
Its amazing how this makes me feel so much more awake and focused rather than tired or restless. I have even noticed that I see colour more in depth when I go into my kitchen, its mad haha!
This was such a gentle but deep stretch. You have a calming voice and give great voice cues so I could keep my eyes closed the entire time. Lovely class, thank you Jessica!

This is such a perfect practice for people who want to begin their morning yoga routine without "flowing". Sometimes, I am just not ready to flow first thing in the morning; but I want something to get me there.
9/2/23 the butterfly pose with eagle pose on hands forward fold was the most intense of them All. It was a good back stretch 😊 . Glad to practice this 💪🏾
I'm not very experienced with yoga and find flow hard to get into, but this class is absolutely perfect for me! Your gentle guidance helps me stay in the poses and really helps me release the tension i have in my shoulders and back. Thank you!
