Theorizing what to call a hypothetical furry awbw player, snipping off a bomber's nuts. Looks like these live games are great for Deej's sanity, keep them coming!
Live games are brutal in the late game. When armies build up 2 mins are just not enough. And rushing the early and mid game to bank time is prone to missplays and missclicks. Can't blame Arya for the moves she did at the end.
Hey man great job on this game. This is CodyDad btw, really love the videos I think part of the reason I had such aan easy time learnign this game was watching the videos.
Live League matches are prone to making mistakes so as far as I am concerned, it does not affect the quality of a game review. If anything, seeing high level players make mistakes just like the common mortals is reassuring haha. Great content as always!
I mean, it's easy to look brilliant when you have lots of time to spend in Move Planner. When you have to wing it, things can and will go not as you have to just guess they will.
Very interesting game! I think I can see why though. I feel that trying to play a live game like a standard game, where each unit has a very precise purpose and that you can take some time out to plan it out. While live is as much about momentum as it is strategic sense; being able to utterly win momentum by throwing out an early NeoTank/Bomber can easily crush those that try to respond to it in the normal manner by seizing the initiative and not letting the opposition think things through too mathematically. It's much more about broad strategies and which ground to seize.
@@DeejusProductions I'll be honest, I looked at my sentence and felt I stumbled over my words a bit! Ahahah, though I feel the intent was there. It's more about throwing out really hard-to-counter units as a response check. Responding to a Neo tank poorly would end the lion's share of matches right there and then, or at the very least, give enough momentum to coast through to a strong midgame that would be neigh-on impossible to overcome. I could see it as a scare tactic really getting a lot of players hot under the collar, but also testing people's perception to read the battle properly and their ability to think outside the box.
What a weird match. One thing that stands out is how you have a bunch of artilleries in the south suggesting a defensive position down there, but you were semi forced to pounce on their HQ and basically the frontline evaporated. I thought surely you'd lost when your arties were essentially frontlining, but somehow they did actually survive and get some worthy hits against a bunch of neotanks. Unit count's horrendous at that point for you, but it's actually mostly infantry on their end, and a lot not even anywhere useful. I chalk this one up to global damage value and perhaps psyching them out with the fighter.
Deejust titling a video "Insane match" when he plays the game is like that one obama meme giving himself a medal lol. Also a bit shocked that you say the map goes com towerless. Is building one throwaway artillery soo momentum destroying that it is not worth building THE ENTIRE GAME? And it's not really a bad map for arty either, way more mountains and forests on chokepoint than your average maps. Plus kindle arty on cities definitely clears the pipes. Though absolutely not worth not picking Andy. The weak side base's reinforcement infrastructure is absolutely horrendous. Forest and mountain just outside of range, the attacker can just build up behind them while if the defender wishes to hold it, it gets hindered and handicapped. Though i guess that makes middle brawl and front shifting an intended playstyle core of the map.
Hah well, insane can be both good and bad '-' Usually both sides play chicken with building arty until one gets an advantage enough to build one, so i wasnt feeling confident to build one until I had decent positioning- but yeah a surprising amount of games go no com tower with those vulnerable hq positions and hard to flip props
Might be because Kindle is picked more and Andy is better (in this map) BUT harder to use. He has to be played differently than hyper aggro or stall. IMO Kindle should be T2 but AWBW has a strong bias on her.
"At least I got a little squall in my pocket" - Deej 2024
Hey it's me, the other girl that watches the channel
I didn't know there were 2 until now
There are three of us! Three, I promise!
This is getting out of hand! Now there are two of them!
The simian sisters were here the whole time.
that makes us four
@@SteamWolf320 It's true! We simian sisters are here and we're gonna... I dunno, play some AWBW with our baboon brethren.
Drake vs Kindle is always interesting. Belly vs beehive

Yup, been there, done worse haha
Live League is THE definition of the "It's Over- We're So Back" cycle of life.
Say it with me now… TYPHOOOOOOOOON!!! Great game Deej. Really enjoyed this one.
That b-boat deletion was WILD
Such a joy watching Arya's replay
thanks for the vids deejus, idk if you get enough appreciation for covering this amazing underrated game, your content is top quality friend

Deej you sound like an experienced weather man talking about fronts and all that

dayum that live queue feature keeps on delivering them bangers
Haha yeah- more baboonery, but also more bangers
Page Avenue is definitely an amazing album
Oh yea the BANGERRRS!
Coming hot and fast 👍
a kindle mech on the southern city to break the pipe seam is also viable
It would run out of ammo, maybe with an APC
An artillery on it breaks in 2 turns
it would be positioned on the city so its ammo is replenished and the whole point of not using artillery is to not lose momentum on the front
New Deej video drops *excited primate noises*
Live League games are really intense! Playing and watching, I'm very happy that AWBW included that game mode.
Very interesting game!

I think you explained well some aspects of live that are hard to articulate!

It was definitely all of the deej CO impressions in the hard advancewars campaign that woe'd all these women to your channel man. KEK xD
Nah it was the monkey noises
1:47 Not if kindle places the arty on a city which is convenient placed 5 tiles from a base
Good catch!

Arya is a common male name in India.
8:20 furries don't typically have like different pronouns
it was a banger indeed
It's always so sad when the ending surrender music starts 😔
I can confirm furries use the same pronoun systems as everyone else and do not use, "ruff/meow" lol
Holy whiskers you go sisters!
This was a banger
Kindle has 58% win rate, Andy is 51%
Yeah sadly kindle has the highest win % for most maps, but it's not necessarily indicative of how good she is
@@DeejusProductions I was wondering why though. Better players just prefer picking Kindle?
Might be because Kindle is picked more and Andy is better (in this map) BUT harder to use. He has to be played differently than hyper aggro or stall. IMO Kindle should be T2 but AWBW has a strong bias on her.
@@monsterchief117 Do you play kindle in T2 matches?
Deejus delivered The Juice E banger!
Interesting map!
Arya loves to build Neos
I figure Lash would do good here. Lots of terrain.
Yeah but she is often countered by kindle who kicks her off the cities and in general is better
Jesus nation
Hey, when will we be able to see the analysis of Sturm?
Wow gg
She also probably ran out of time, in last turns she had so much money and baseskipped sometimes
The mouth noise shit is the worst thing imaginable.
Your imagination is very limited
