@@LiveLifeLori That's what I've read. For the turmeric spice black pepper is needed for optimal curcumin absorption, but not if it's the fresh raw turmeric root.
@@FullyRawKristina I'm a sun warrior fan because of you. their products are game changers. my digestion is next level now. thank u for all of your wisdom, Kristina.
Hello Christina, can you please post a link to that beautiful wooden salad bowl? I have been searching high and low and cannot find one that size anywhere
Kristina can you teach how to properly wash leafy greens, veggies and fruit that’s the beginning to start getting more nutrients in our bodies You always look beautiful and glowing ❤❤❤
Yes I feel if she incorporated mustard seeds and red wine vinegar we would've gotten actual dijon. Outside of the color it's not dijon. Still looks good though.
Hahaha! 2-3 cloves garlic is SO much more spicy to me than jalapeño which is a walk in the park compared to ghost pepper, king of the north pepper, reaper, heirloom ripe cayenne. I LOVE HOT PEPS! 😂🌶
This looks like the best salad in the world. I would have to modify given certain sensitivities I have, but I will use this video as inspiration for flavor combos to amp up my raw food game in the future since I do currently include cooked beans/legumes 🙏🏼💜
Wow. If you can actually eat that salad raw, I commend you. I have to have high sodium and heavy calories in the day. Raw is best for health, but tough to do.
I love many green leafs, I prefer & eat spinach regularly.. I imagine eating tons of Kale is fantastic with the list of minerals kale contains, I'm definitely incorporating more kale in my diet. And even better Kristina inspired me to take a plunge in growing my own leafy greens...🥬

You are THE BEST, Miss Kristina!😘
Where's the turmeric dressing recipe?
Yum! Don't forget to add a sprinkle of black pepper which increases absorption of tumeric by 2000%!
With raw turmeric the pepper is actually not needed 🧡
@@lanalace3470 Oh really? Is it just needed for the ground up kind? I thought it was for all tumeric.

@@lanalace3470 Ah, good to know, thank you!

I am always amazed with how Kristina can eat fully raw all the time.

wow you make me want to eat more salad lol. looks amazing!
How do you finish a salad so big?
She‘s raw vegan for a very long time. You get used to it and have to eat a lot to maintain your health!
You’re so pretty!😍 Love your videos 💕
Do you eat that entire salad? If so, how long does it take you to eat it?
Your salad looks delicious, but how long does it take to eat it?
Hello Christina, can you please post a link to that beautiful wooden salad bowl? I have been searching high and low and cannot find one that size anywhere
Christine do you eat that entire salad in one sitting. Thats like 2-3 meals.
Lavish, ya hear me. I love this.
Kristina, thank you as always for your wonderful videos. Inquiring minds want to know 😉 do you eat all of that salad? Are these your serving sizes?
Kristina do you eat a whole bowl that size in one meal?
Kristina I love poblano pepper, but not sure what to due or make with the poblano pepper? Any suggestions?
Hello!
Where did you get that wood salad bowl?
Do you eat that entire salad for dinner?
Fabulous dinner. Is this for one meal?
Would like to know. That bowl would feed 20 at least.
OMG YUMMM!!! It all looks incredibly delicious, and I am truly inspired to make this!! Thank you for sharing! 🙏❤🧡💛💚💙💜✨
Thank you and blessings to you! 🙏🏽
Hi @FullyRawKristina! Do you have any coconut nectar substitute suggestions? I haven’t been able to find it. Thanks!
Looks yum! Do you sell from your garden?
You are amazing inspiring woman! Cheers to YOU Kristina!
Live your happy life girl❤ you look beautiful.
Thank you and blessings to you!
That's right
I’m genuinely asking, do you eat that whole bowl of salad? It seems like more than my tummy could take in so I’m curious. Love your garden!!! Thanks!
Looks absolutely AMAZING!! Thank you for sharing 💜💜
Thank you and blessings to you! 🙏🏽
I would love to have a raw diet but I love cooked food too much. I know you’re super healthy.
Oh how I would love to play in your garden Kristina. What a great recipe combo yum! Thanks
I want toneat something like this tomorrow
😊😊😊
You are my favorite influencer.
That’s very sweet thank you 🙏🏽
Do you like the vitamix over the Nama C2 and if so why? Is the vitamix 3500 loud and if so how loud?
Vitamix she has is food processor plus blender . Nama c2 is juicer plus blender . Food processor is very useful for raw food prep
Amazing garden!!!
Hello Christina great video
Thank you for all the inspiration😊
🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
It all looks like a beatiful rainbow of deliciousness..Your foods always look so vibraint, nourshing, alive & packed with tons of nutrients. 🙂🙏🌺
Beautifully healthy, thanks for this. Love it!
Beautiful salad. Looks like it could feed six people!
Kristina can you teach how to properly wash leafy greens, veggies and fruit that’s the beginning to start getting more nutrients in our bodies
You always look beautiful and glowing ❤❤❤
Amazing 😍 garden. Please make videos how to grow mushrooms and other plants
I want to see Kristina eat all those greens. I'd love to be able to do that.
I can't see the link for the juicer
Coconut nectar is heated when it's made.
thank you so much Kristina I am going to eat this meal.soon. God bless you and your good work with us.
Can we use tumeric powder?
Yes you can
nice garden
kristina has it made . . . i guess : )
That's all very colorful and healthy, but I don't like to mix sweet &savory ingredients in same meal...
Ty 😊❤
Can I ask you what your period routine is like? Im wanting to go more natural in that realm 😊
Healthy and normal 😊
There's no Dijon in this Dijon dressing?
Yes I feel if she incorporated mustard seeds and red wine vinegar we would've gotten actual dijon. Outside of the color it's not dijon. Still looks good though.
You can for sure add a little of both of those in the dressing if you want.
I wouldn’t put straight mustard seeds in .. use prepared mustard . Mustard seeds are very hot
Assessories?
Wow giant bowl of salad lol. It’s looks good and pack nutrients.
Yo también como pura comida de conejo. El problema es el dia que como algo fuera de eso, me siento demasiado mal 😢
she's so nice :) it's makes me sad there are so many bullies out there 💜🌈🙏
Beautiful work
Everything always looks so clean. I like raw food, but could never keep those machines clean.
Yum❤
I agree! I love making dressings much better. ❤️💯
🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
Did you forget the Dijon? I must have missed it .

wow
That looks delicious tho i do not understand how one person can eat all that food!
Raw vegan diet and they can consume alot. Meat and other foods that some of us eat fills you and cleans your system out!😂
Not sure most people can find coconut nectar….?
Why didn’t she put black pepper in the salad dressing?
Maybe she’s not buying the hype about black pepper being necessary for optimum turmeric absorption
Is it really a half cup of coconut nectar in the dressing? That seems like a lot.....
why cant restaurants do this, there is nothing in nyc even with this salad
Good point . I wish there were great organic salad bars everywhere
I have a Vitamix but do people really care about healthy stains? IDK... is that a thing?
Some people I know totally avoid turmeric bc they don’t want to stain their container 😅
How long does it take you to eat that huuuuge salad ? Ahhahh
I get tired of chewing, but if someone prepares this for me, i will eat it😀😋
🙏🏻♥️
🙏🏽

Great machine

👌❤️❤️❤️👌🫂🌹
All about those biophotons 😎
Sometimes we want hot food…
How do digest that much kale? That’s not realistic
I know right?
I love kale and eat it every day in my salad , no problem digesting it
I love many green leafs, I prefer & eat spinach regularly.. I imagine eating tons of Kale is fantastic with the list of minerals kale contains, I'm definitely incorporating more kale in my diet. And even better Kristina inspired me to take a plunge in growing my own leafy greens...🥬
