The National Weather Service in your area should sound that warning signal once a month. It's sounded here on the first Tuesday of each month.

That post office needs to work on the tornado, weather emergency protocols, when customers are present. That is not acceptable. Glad you were ok. Yes I've been in one, years ago. In a 10 story office building. Half of us, stayed in the stairwell, the other half walked down to the bank vault foyer, which was in the same building. It was scary. We were working, and you could see stuff flying off the roof of nearby office buildings..

I've had tornado warnings on my phone but never experienced one. However, I've experienced two earthquakes while living on the East Coast. Be safe out there.

Hey Sheila! About 10 years ago a tornado come through Cleveland TN I went into my closet on the floor. The only place that had weight bearing beams close together. My logic anyway.

I was in Atlanta visiting and they had a Tornado, it was in the 90's like 96, 97, 98. That shit was badd. I heard that loud ass siren and all that wind and rain. I've always loved storms so it was cool.

Aa a guy who has been through and lost property to tornados always heed those warning sirens especially in Georgia as it`s very rare for tornados to get that close to downtown....

Look up may tornadoes in Oklahoma I was in both of those the most recent one was 2013 I saw it coming on the radar I watch the inflow change temperature drop and columns appear I tried to warn people here comes but they weren't listening to me that all of a sudden there was hail the size of baseballs. I make sure I have that renters insurance that covers all natural disasters
I don’t think I’ve ever been in a tornado situation, but when Hurricane/Superstorm Sandy hit back in 2012, I was a junior in college. My campus actually lost power and had water contamination, so they had to close the school down for about a week.

Haven't experienced a tornado but I lived in Columbia SC for 10 years through the 90's and early 2000's so I know about the hurricanes, torrential downpours...but the comedy of your reations though the ordeal🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣.....experienced earthquakes and a mud slide while living in SoCal. Nothing major. So glad you are safe and Shelia is ok. #sistacousins

I was in school the tornado was outside of my school I was there we was on a warning ⚠️ I was in the gym last class so I was safer then other some girl pass out because she looked outside and it was there

I'm in the Midwest and we just had some crazy storms blow through with a couple tornadoes. During it the neighbors were in their garage watching and my dad was shocked😂. I told him lots of people like to sit out and watch. He ain't believe me😆
