    30 on/30 off
    Round 1:
    Kettlebell Deadlift
    Round 2: TRX Hip Press
    Round 3: TRX Lateral Lunges to TRX Skater Leaps
    Round 4: TRX Front Squats
    5 Min AMRAP:
    20 Kettlebell Alt Arm Swings
    20 TRX Lunge Cycle Jumps

    Love your workouts..I use to lift real heavy, but now I'm older the injuries make me stiff and the trx helps so I don't have to stabilize the weight..love it

    What do you use if you don’t have rip trainer, just suspension?

      Actually, I'm realizing that the particular video you commented on is only TRX and Kettlebell. So you should be all set with this one!
