  • The @trxtraining Muscle Up Prep is a great way to work your way toward an actual coveted Muscle Up. A few key points:
    🟡 Straps are at mid length.
    ⚫️ Begin very far back behind the anchor (your arms should feel stretched out) anad seated with one knee bent.
    🟡 Start with a row, flip your grip downward and finish with a press.
    ⚫️ Hold for a count or two on top as if you are supporting yourself on a bar.
    🟡 SLOWLY lower your body back down to the floor.
    ⚫️ To increase the difficulty of this exercise, use the bent leg less and less by straightening it out.
