This lady should be given her own team, and her own show on Food Network. It's amazing how good her videos are. I'm just in shock this lady isn't world famous. Great personality and sense of humor. She actually enjoys cooking, but most of all she knows what she is talking about. This is truly exceptional.
Totally agree. It’s tough to get discovered on RUclips. I’ve been looking for content like this for over a year and only recently has the RUclips algorithm brought her to me. It’s a shame because I’ve entered search terms for recipes she’s done and yet she never made it to my screen. I’m just happy I found her. I hope she can keep going for as long as it takes to start hitting the big subscriber numbers. This channel is waaay better than channels with millions of subs.
If you ever open a website up where you cook and then freez the food to ship it so we just need to re-heat it... I would be signing up for that in a heart beat.
I have to agree that this lady needs her own show. She’s adorable and she has really taught me how to cook Mexican food. She has a great way of breaking down all the steps and making everything seem doable and I have made some amazing food following her.
I'm so inspired by Mexican food and I love your channel so much ! I searched for a channel like that with passion, tradition and obviously Spanish accent haha and I found you, thank you so much that you update regularly literally I'm in love and please don't stop, you're doing such an awesome job 🫂💕
Perfect dish for summer! With multiple Mexican markets nearby, I’ve got easy access to the epazote. I’m thinking I might char-grill half of the corn and mix together with the epazote cooked corn at the end. Topped with some crema and ground chipotle, this is next on my list.
Another delicious recipe. I just love corn and so healthy. You are amazing!!!!!. I always feel soooooo hungry watching your videos. Sending love from UK.
I never heard of epazote before nor had esquites with chips in it before. Made a lil face when I seen chips on top but I trust you. 🤣 I’ve recreated some of your recipes and you haven’t failed me yet. I’m gonna try and make this tomorrow exactly how you made it. My mouth was also watering the whole time. I am obsessed with esquites and run out to buy some with the elote man that goes around the neighborhood. This is a true childhood staple.
Pero que deliciosa receta! Aqui en nuestra casa elaboramos totopos en el horno en vez de freirlas. Mi papa los llamaba "aztecas". El elote es comida sagrada y tambien deliciosa! Oh you have to share that corn with your husband, especially if he is doing all the filming! Gracias por compartir otra deliciosa receta. Saludos desde Missouri, USA!
Please please tell me where you go the blue clay bowl where you have the corn in. I would love to buy this for my wife and I cant find it anywhere. please
Dang girl!! I just ate and you made me hungry again. Made my mouth water. Do you by any chance have the recipe for the one they call queritos? Where they use Doritos and chamoy and all the good stuff
This looks so yummy any recipe with Elote and I am there! Could I sub chipotle aioli for the mayo & cilantro for the epazote? You look like one of those Latinas that every one has in their family. You remind me of one of my primas you sound and look like her with a beautiful personality! You need your own cooking show!

Funny she looks like my prima Rebekka too.
Is there any reason I could not top this with cheese and maybe a touch of cream cheese and put it in my smoker
❤️💯👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 love your cooking
Can you use dried epazote instead of fresh?
Can you provide a link for that gorgeous mortar and pestle you use in your videos? Most of them out there are too small to be of any use.
You can find the link in the description area of the video where I use it in.
Qué hambre me entró!
Si! Nesecito comprar mas elotes. Ya me acabe los que tenia 😂

You forgot the onion and garlic
These are not esquites - this is Americanized corn in a cup
You dont know what are esquites
Love your show except for annoying music.
Sorry you feel that way, at least you like the content!
