Wow! That was a very juicy Tri Tip!!! It has always seemed to me that meat cooked on a rotisserie always ends up nice and juicy from it being able to self baste. I could almost taste it!
@@RustyBBQLamb I built the heavy duty spit and the order for the 50 pound rated motor arrives in two days. Hope to make an Instagram video about this. Thinking Either Black Angus or Prime grade Brisket for the first run.
I’ve been wanting a rotisserie for my Big Joe, and Rusty’s video may have pushed me over the edge. This rotisserie-cooked tri-tip looks juicy and tender, and I’m betting that the flavor is amazing. It really makes you hungry. I like how Rusty describes the process, too. He keeps it simple and easy to follow. I feel like I could easily replicate this meal. If you’re looking for a delicious and easy meal idea, I highly recommend you check out this video.
Heck yeah bro.....definitely a fun cook....and cooking Rotisserie style you're talking about ultimate flavor profile right there. Cheers 🍻from Trinidad & Tobago 🇹🇹 .

I mean, you don't really need a recipe for this one.
