I got an Onlyfire rotisserie recently. Used it today. Made the best roast beef I've ever done! That onlyfire kit is 100% legit. Rotisserie is the old school, new school way to go! Doing a big chicken for Thanksgiving Great video!
This is the best way I have ever done ribs, just made again yesterday, the wife told me don't do them any other way, I will say I use a 18 inch weber and only use about 1/4 of my chimney full of charcoal, these come out delicious
As someone that used to work at Kenny Rodgers, ribs were introduced at Kenny Rodgers around 1997-8 and I'm almost certain we put them in cages on the rotisserie they would later be finished in an oven with sauce.
Had my rotisserie for a while the best thing I've done was moroccan leg lamb slow cooked . Brushed with warmed apricot jelly (Jam in the UK) Edit cooked over apple wood charcoal
I’ve been choosing random games to play on my arcade while I record. Then the outro features music from that game. Today was bubble bobble. Also bubble bobble is the music of life. You are welcome.
Congratulations Dr. Ribtissery, you’ve done it again!!! I’m at a disadvantage, never having experienced, Mr. Rogers chicken before his chain of restaurants closed. We never, too my knowledge, had any here in California, for years I thought it was just a Seinfeld bit.We do have El Pollo Loco , but they don’t rotisserie theirs. I too have seen things, I've seen things you people wouldn't believe. Attack ships on fire off the shoulder of Orion. I watched C-beams glitter in the dark near the Tannhauser gate. All those moments will be lost in time, like tears in rain. My only problem with the rotisserie for ribs is you only get one rack. What are everyone else gonna eat?
I was disappointed when i got the Weber kit. The ring didn't fit the grill + there were air gaps + and it would move around. I had to make two brackets so the ring wouldn't move. Also i had to bend the ring to close the air gaps. And 2 prong forks are only good for large pieces of meat. I used the 4 prong forks from an older kit i had. Wish i knew about "Only Fire" before hand. And i wished o returned it.
Hi i was watching your video on the ONLYFIRE ROTISSERIE Ring. Clicked the link. Amazon states there is a gap were the ring meets the weber. Is your weber 22-1/2 in diameter. I'm asking because i didn't see a gap between the ring and and your weber. Can you elaborate on this issues please?
Your videos are the best...very herbaceous!

To everyone watching, you've never had ribs until you cook them this way!
Forget wrapping + resting.
This is the best method by far!!
Thank you for this! I did some ribs today just as you did here and they came out amazing. I may never cook pork ribs any other way again.
"but ribs though" for sure should be EJ's title of his autobiography
I made the rotisserie ribs over the weekend
Fantastic
Thanks!

I’m getting one of those for Christmas! I enjoyed your video, you gave me a good chuckle!
Ahhh yeah it's Friday! There's a new pod tonight right? Looking forward to it EJ! Those ribs are making me thirsty.
I'd subscribe to your OnlyFire page EJ.
I’m wearing nothing but bbq sauce
He did show us his nice beefy slab smothered in his all purpose rub ....
@@RedCowEntertainment what could I get for $5 a month?

I’ll have to try this! Cuts the time in half compared to smoking
Onlyfire makes a single rack basket ($20) and a four rack rotating tray ($60) both of which can slide onto that spit.
Why Bubble Booble? The tune will be stuck in my head on repeat for the next week, just like it was for the entirety of 1988

@@RedCowEntertainment Bubble Bobble is available for the Switch. I spent so much time playing it in the 80's.

I have the stainless version. Half the price of the Weber. I rate excellent.
Thinking outside the box. I enjoyed this vid. Subscribed

Crown Royal? Yes I did watch to the end 👍
Ok. It's been 2 years. How's the rotisserie working?
your french is almost as good as mine ... I now have a 22 inch Weber basic grill I think I will order this rotisserie kit from amazon canada
OMG the Bubble Bobble song!
I just bought a Smokey Joe Weber grill, a charcoal chimney, and some of those firestarter cubes you suggested EJ. Tonight, we grill!
Happy grilling, my friend!!!
Sweet Baby Ray's. There is no substitute! Thanks EJ! BTW, try a few drops of SBR bbq sauce in a mug of beer.....that's right, you heard me.

I bet you could put two racks on there on each side of the poker and twine them together.
How is the fit ? Love your vids very funny.
So what was your final cook time on the ribs?
You need to look up the rib-o-lator. It's a rotisserie attachment.
Look at the chem trails behind him in the chicken shot
Thank you cinnemassacre truth for introducing me to this hilarity.

Mine is a red Weber limited edition 22 1/2 inch. There is no gap on my model
@@RedCowEntertainment Thank you, mine is also 22-1/2 in diameter should fit like your's.😀👍
Is it just me or is the extension cord getting kind of long in here?
We Americans, drop the h when we say herb. It makes one of my English friends strangely annoyed. Erbaceous

a Rotisserie basket would probably work better for ribs like this.
Good idea. However it’s very hard to stab with a basket

Looking good. You’ve been to Italy and Greece you say. I’ve been to London and France just to see the ladies underpants.😅😅😅😅😅😅
