- When it comes to Beef ribeye is king but picanha is definitely the queen. The thing about picanha is it's always JUICY and a great value. I have cooked picanha many different ways but cooking it whole is definitely my favorite. This cut is perfect for reverse sear.
when it comes to Picanha, I like to keep the seasoning simple and we will just Redmond's real salt. to mire this cook the thermo Maven P2 worked perfectly. love the six temperature sensors in each probe.
This Argentinian style provolone cheese dip which I made in my new Lancaster number. four Skillet was amazing with the beef. who needs bread where you can eat this good. that's my attitude anyways?
