I drink kale smoothies all the time especially when not to hungry. Kale, blueberries, strawberries and blackberries frozen. Add 1 apple w/o skin, kiwi, ginger root and grapefruit juice. Sometimes throw in carrots. Pour in a glass 1/3, add chia seeds and coconut milk. If you add to the blender goes bad quicker. Recently added fresh cranberries.

Ladies, too get your max water intake in during the winter. Drink hot water. Yeah, I know doesn't sound as great as tea, coffee or hot chocolate. But a great way to stay warm while pumping up the water hydration. You can also throw some ginger root in it. I drink it all evening. I'm sure I get close to 8 glasses of water in easily.

You should add corella, my beloved Mum would eat it while growing up. Corella comes fr: Guyana, S.A. where my beloved Mum is fr. It's bitter tasting but, has SO MUCH health benefits.
Get frozen bags of fruit too. You won't need to go back to the store. All the juice you could have made yourself by dumping your fruit and vegetables in a blender. Were are the collard greens? Really good for you next to kale and broccoli. I don't eat pork and haven't had beef in a while. I put turkey legs or wings in my collards.

This would be kind of fun to watch but also help those who are in a different income bracket. Whole Foods deli foods can sometimes be a luxury and not realistic for some.

Totally understandable, my older boys and I do eat chicken occasionally but my babies and dad don’t eat meat. They are all healthy and rarely get sick

I try not to eat frozen fruits but fresh instead :-) I haven't had collards since December at my moms holiday party.
Frozen can be loaded with sugar....

The kale smoothie recipe makes my hair grow like crazy. I like the taste of it. Wasn't drinking it for hair growth. It's like a side effect.
