To make it work for your budget you could try only shopping sales from the grocery adds or maybe buying your fruit and veggies from farmers markets where you can shop around. Same thing for the water try to see who has it on sale in bulk and save up for it.

It makes me happy to see people take care of themselves. I'm in the process of losing all the pregnancies weight at the moment. Week 8 going on, have love bunch of weight. She eats good amount of food for losing 50lbs in 2 months, I mean thats great. I eat half of what she eats for sure, I lost about little over 20 pounds. I eat less food bcz I can't eat alot. I get satisfied with sm portions. Wish everyone to stay healthy and take care of yourself.
Great jobs on the simplicity. Have you had your blood sugar checked. The amount of fruit you ate in the a.m. would have my blood glucose to high to lose fat. Just saying!
