These bluetooth siren/horns are great! They sure beat carrying a 'canned air horn'. 😁 If you hit the button to sound the PidZoom.. is it a single-press? or 'Momentary' switch? That, and can you just start/stop control the sound? Or does the sound automatically go through it's whole tone? There's a reason... Back in the day, we'd hook up alarm-sirens in our minitrucks and using a momentary switch, if you held for 1 sec / release / hold for 2 seconds, they'll produce a "cat-call"! It's hilarious!
Can you measure Wh/km at similar speed/road conditions? I wonder how mileage changes between D mode and S mode. You are the man 😉 About the finger horn, is there a delay between the moment you press the button and the horn sounds? I can see many cases where the motion alarm feature would be great. Everything that helps preventing accidents is a good addition. Thanks for sharing.
hey I’ll work on it for sure thanks so much for the suggestions, i am just trying to find more time :) (sorry for the delay life has been busy atm) I have been testing the horn and the delay is pretty good, it is very responsive I am still working out if distance or layers of interference play a role in the delay.
Yuanxing are the manufacturer for most of the Ninebot scooter tyres, they're generally great. Mixed feelings on the Pidxoom horn, the main horn module and casing has been available for several years from OEM manufacturers in china and seems good but the design isn't Bob or his team's. The actual innovation seems to be the 433mhz finger trigger, he would do better to acknowledge that they've made an existing product work for EUC riders.
Hey Nog, cheers mate thanks for watching. Awesome tyre I think, glad to hear it has a reputation in scooter world. The horn worked really well, I dont usually use them but the bikeway gets busy and noisy, it comes in handy for sure. I know Bob was open to me saying he was initialy bringing across other devices already available but giving them specific EUC focus. I like that good products will all be available at one store that I can trust. I hope you are well mate.
The main problem with the pidzoom horn (I have two) is simply that 95% of pedestrians have no idea what the noises it makes are and don’t react. I then pull out my old bike bell and have more success alerting people.
Hey yea that is a good consideration. People are trained into the bell sound. Maybe an amplified sample of a bell would work for louder environments. I use this when I find people are just sitting and blocking or all of a sudden need to warn a car etc. Up loud I get a reaction but they don't always seem happy
That pedal dip after the jump was really weird. What I have seen video from freshly charger nothing like that never happened to them. Seems to me like something is wrong with your wheel, maybe malfunction gyro?
I am aware some of the start up products have been sourced and rebranded. I am a believer in this company and understand they are covering start up costs. The support and people behind the rebrand are worth a few $ in my opinion. Thanks though I understand what you are saying.
oh awesome, i take that same bridge to qut and back i just got an kingsong 18xl so it would be cool if i come across you one day
Cool! Local :) glad to see more rolling in our state always makes me smile. I’ll keep my eye out I’m always on that bridge. happy weekend man.
Great vid once again

The horn sounds like it would be good for NY streets but maybe a little harsh for pedestrians.
90% of pedestrians are wearing noise canceling headphones. This finger horn may not even be loud enough to get their attention.

Yea more useful than I thought passing on busy pathways. Really convenient with the ring.

I am interested in the v13 range test
Hopefully get this done this week.
@@eucausFriend, I'll be waiting!
I think for trails and pathways I want a bell.
yes I understand, bells are great and bonus you don’t need to charge them.
I wish that horn had a less obnoxious/rude sound. By contrast a bicycle belt has such a cheerful friendly sound.
I think they are customising the sound on the next model
Discount code not working for the finger horn 😞
Oh Man!! sorry, I have messaged them to sort it out.
Sorry it should have been ok.
should be good now :)
Hello, a friend from Russia! What is the range mileage on the V-13 on a single charge? Have you measured the v-13?I like it!
hi i haven't tested this wheel (v14) range yet I should do that video next I hope.
Thanks for watching
It looked uncomfortable sitting. Have you done much seated riding? This wheel is what I plan on getting, but seated riding is very important to me.
I do sit quite a bit and have tried a few wheels seated. I think with a seat that sits slightly higher it will be ok.

Thanks Pat

It started happening after a firmware update. It is a software issue that Inmotion is working on.
Привет друг из России! Какой пробег дальности на v-13 на одном заряде? Вы замеряли v-13?Нравится! 👍👍👍
4$ horn that is sold for 40$ beware
