Wide Boyz stayed longer than a day! But they had a different plan to begin with anyway, Pete is also known for fast climbing in El Cap before so probably if he wanted he could have done it pretty fast (my guess)
Looks like a nice climb, it's a pity though how the whole video is basically a long-form commercial, so you can't really appreciate the truly interesting details. 🙄
Cool video. I enjoyed the climbing. However, the Red Bull fridges along the route are just pathetic and sad...who drinks this sh*t? Climbing does not go well with hyper commodification and intense branding, at least not to me.
Agreed man, every time i see Janja drink one i wonder if it's just for sponsors or if she really likes it. Does not look like a healthy nor appealing drink to me, fresh water please!
@@hemasgeir470 I am pretty sure she does it due to contractual obligations lol... And sure, water while exercising, and a good coffee if one wants cafeine :)
20 years ago I used to drink redbull before projects and on long sport climbing days. I convinced myself it helped push past the cruxes. Looking back it just gave me an excuse for poor technique, turning everything into a power move, and poor nutrition. I climb better now without stuff like this because I rely on proper form and better diet.
Well if theres a fridge next to you when you’re climbing a huge dam, just climb past the fridge then. 😂 Climbing has always had sponsors (same as anything) and them putting their logo or object into something that theyve backed with money will always happen. You have the ability to ignore it, or not buy it 😛.
YES!!!!!! WHAT AN EPIC EXPERIENCE. AMAZING VIDEO
Eso chingooon! 👏🏻💕
Que chido el video Sebas!!
Hey Sebas!! que genial verte en estos eventos!! Arriba Monterrey
Love that WideBoys are getting some well deserved recognition. Third pitch would never be a thing here if it wasnt for their work.
Excited for the 4 meters of cracks 😂
This was just awesome. That paddle Dyno on pitch 2. Chef's kiss 🧗♂️😁
Not the redbull fridge just hanging on the side of the dam while they rest lmao
Love seeing wideboyz hold here! I hope IFSC use them soon!!

I'm curious, were they faster or slower than the Wide Boyz?
Everybody was filming so it’s a bit different than the actual event

I have never tried Red Bull but love most of their sponsored events :-)

this has nothing to do with climbing. red bull is ruining it!
