Loved this!!! Big wall, multi pitch, racing. Combines the best parts of all the disciplines of sport climbing, not to mention the awesome commentary by the wide boyz. Well done all round!
Oh my word this was so much fun!! I love the multi-pitch format with the elements of single pitch comp style along with the crack section seemingly a big nod to those of us predisposed to adventure climbing. And the fact it was a competition between two teams in that style of format. The cherry is Tom and Pete commenting the whole thing. And they gave air time to explain multi pitch logistics!! "To second is to..." and " leader does this". One of my favorite thing about the climbing community is this consistent propensity to scream from a mountain top, "Yoooo......EVERYONE look how much freaking fun this stuff is!!! You GOTTA check it out!" The stoke is real.
Wide Boyz were the only acceptable commentators for this event. We need them in the world cup and the Olympics!! Fantastic event, I can't wait for next year! We better see some inverted crack on next year's wall, and maybe some wide pony. Maybe a few two finger crays and some dirty pirates to boot. Red Bull we love this content.

i liked that they brought this really cool mix of styles. didn't expect the cracks and monos. interesting! Would have liked to understand a bit more of the original audio of the people cursing the route and speaking with each other, not just the commentary. props to all the competitors though.
The compression on the audio is very aggressive and makes it very tiresome to listen to my favorite wide boyz! Please adjust the compression pump on later videos. 😢

I was expecting to see all the contest on 2nd of November, but I was surprised to be able to watch only the final. Where can we watch all the other climbers? Or was only the final recorded and documented? Thanks!
the dam is many meters thick. the loading from the water pressure is compressive, that's why they don't need to use steel reinforcements for the concrete. that's also why some tiny holes are no big deal.
