Google changed this not long ago to help make it easier for people to claim their listings. If you're on Google search, you'll see the claim button even if the listing is already claimed. If you're on Google Maps, you will only see the claim button if the listing is unverfied.

Luc, once again great video! I noticed that your exit card's subscribe button isn't displaying correctly and when hovered it doesn't give the option to click it. This could be just me and my browser as I am already subscribed, but you might want to take a look anyway just in case. Hopefully that helps you :)

Yes you can. Just create another google listing specifically for that branch
