I will not be fair to you, if I don't drop a comment seeing how much this video has helped positioned my business in Google search and Google map. The video is so helpful that the moment I applied it on my GMB profile everything changed for the BEST. My business is ranked amongst the highest in the Google search, easily seen on the Google map and easily accessible on the Google platform using different keywords that relates to my business. And less I forget, it also helped once I applied the main business category and subcategory correctly. I will definitely keep tabs on you.

Google My Business has been a major ranking factor for so many years already, not just for 2020. 😁 It's only gotten stronger over the past 6 months due to the extra features. There's always a rhyme and reason for what Google does. 😉 So many have speculated on the pay to play aspect of GMB for many years ... I don't worry about it. 👍

If you don't show your physical address on Google maps you will not show up as good as if your physical address is showing! We found this out a year ago and now showing our address all I can say is WOW!

Hi Jenny. I think you are referring to your logo which can be updated through your Google Business panel. Log into the google account associated with your listing and go to your Google Business dashboard. From the left hand side menu click on photos. You should see a element call logo in there. Upload your logo

I was told that to use company name even if you're the Sales Person for them, is illegal. Plus, you aren't supposed to compete with the HQ branding and marketing. At 08:21 from nowhere and with no explanation the video jumps straight to Google Analytics. It would be really useful to demonstrate how you got their! Surely this is indeed the centre piece of the video - as application of all the suggestions should demonstrate themselves to be effective on Google Analytics?
I do mention in the video right before that if you use Google analytics this is how you can see the real traffic coming from your GMB profile. If you are a GA user you'd just need to login to your account and replicate those steps.

Hi Martin. Thanks. If you are servicing client at you home you need to specify your business exact address. Additionally you will need to add the areas you service thought the use of post code, city name , region or others. Hope this makes sense

If you have 5 legitimate locations ie with distinct postal addresses and phone numbers then it is recommended you create a listing for each location. It won't water anything down. It just requires more work to maintain them all

I use pixels so it's easier for people to understand but you can use different sizes. The best way to use this is by looking at it from a ratio point of view which, in this case would be 4:3. In both cases the size i recommended are a 4:3 ratio. Hope this helps
