    The vibe in this video is peak! It's like 2 slightly disappointed dads who roast old people and children equally. Fun and Savage.

    As a 75 year old "Rookie", I like "A"s but trying to go faster with "New" Knees results in more "C"s and some "D"s. It's hard to calculate if it's worth the minimal "speed" improvement.
    But wait, I'm out there doing something I always wanted to do. Great fun with some very cool new people. I am a customer and appreciate your videos!!

    Regardless of how much you want explain this, a certain number of people are going to go to the range and try to go 1000 mph because “Ben said this is how fast I should train”. lol

      I feel your judgement and I'm just letting you know I'm target focused, when I'm staring at the dot.

    Agree to work in the uncomfortable zone. I spend 10% of my training to see what luck gets me so I know when the wheels come off.

    During training sessions when I’m hitting clean I just hear Ben’s voice saying “go faster”
    I’ve got 3 USPSA matches under me now, when I review the hits and I have less than 10 percent Charlie’s is it right for me to assume I’m too dialed back ? Probably shouldn’t make the adjustments during the match but I do it anyways lol. Some of the stages it didn’t work out too well but some it did. I’m currently unclassified but the stages I did well on I’m about top C and low B HF. Since im so new to it I just treat it like a practice day.

    Seems like the key to almost all training for improvement, is to make "pushing it" a regular exercise.

    Your best bet if you want Real World tactical type training is to train with Ronin Tactics, these guys are maybe ok if you’re looking to do 3 gun or ? And btw, this is not practical.

    So "registering" the red dot is correct, but "finding" the red dot makes you "inexperienced and a bad shooter." Your pedantic distinctions are amusing but ridiculous , and for you to use those fake distinctions to demean others is pathetic and obnoxious.

    • @jakecav555
      @jakecav555 13 дней назад +3

      This comment tells me that you don’t understand what Ben is talking about in regard to visual confirmation. Watch his videos on target focused shooting and predictive vs reactive shooting. There is definitely a difference in being target focused and seeing a brief flash of red vs staring at your red dot.

      @@jakecav555 Well aware of what he's talking about, Tactical Timmy. If you has the mental capacity to understand the context, you'd have stuck to playing video games and refrained from giving lessons so commenters. I'll try to dumb this down for you. Several months ago Ben told someone who used the term "find the dot" they were a "bad shooter and inexperienced" simply for using that term...tjhe same term Joel as used in a couple videos. Without seeing that commenter shoot, Ben trashed him only so he could feel superior and pander to lemmings like you. Perhaps the wrong use of the phrase, but semantics is not determinant of skill or experience. As an example, YOUR comment is pathetic, but I cannot judge you as a person based solely on the comment. All I can judge is that in this instance you are a wannabe "operator."

    • @VACatholic
      @VACatholic 12 дней назад +1

      There's a difference between having your eyes focused on the target and waiting for the gun to make it's way on top of the spot you're aiming at, and fishing for the dot because you don't have a consistent index. The fact that you think this is a pedantic distinction makes me question your mental capacity and whether it's wise for you to be let outside of a padded room, much less own or talk about firearms.

    • @DA-rm5bh
      @DA-rm5bh 11 дней назад

      @@VACatholic Well aware. My comment is to call our Benny for trashing someone who misused the term "find the dot" and Benny the arrogant know-it-all called him "inexperienced and a bad shooter" WITHOUT SEEING HIM SHOOT. Ben is not 10% s smart or clever as he thinks and does not have the ability to judge someone's shooting ability based solely on the use or misuse of a couple works.
