  • Cardio Beats Warrior rounds are 20 minute, full body workouts using only light weights and bodyweight exercises!
    We use these rounds in our classes after completing a 40 minute dance cardio session!
    These can be done at home on your own or used in a class setting! All you need is a mat and one set of light weights!
    WHY LIGHT WEIGHTS? Because the exercises are choreographed to go with the music, a lot of moves are quick and have fast transitions. Some moves will feel easy with the light weights and some will feel challenging! Give it a try and you can adjust what weights you need when you come back to try it again!

    I made up a few songs like this format. I'm excited for more songs to try. I will have to record myself and send it to you to use if you want.
