How many armor chromes do u have ?
Not a single one I collect regular ones

I have no Chrome. Gut the armor High polish brass. But thought about it to get a High polish Chrome armor one .

I’ve also noticed the pin for the hinges just keeps getting shorter it barely even comes to the middle of the last barrels of the hinge and that’s causing my high polish brass top to pull to one side. both my armors are new only had them for like a month. Zippo definitely has some things to work on.
Yes very good point Brian. It’s true the pin is very short now. The rings holding the pin are to weak. They even get bend like paper when they warm. I hate zippo hinges. I’m one step away from ordering some hinges. Apparently they are way tougher. A little fix to your problem. Tighten the rings one a time with pliers. Watch the hinge video I just posted. Or u know what maybe I should make a video on what to do to a brand new armor. I always tighten mine when I open them. They last months without loosing. Good idea I think.

Thanks buds ! I’ve been wearing this invicta pro diver for a year now. This thing doesnt skip a beat ! I’ve had this thing all winter. Splitting fire wood with it on. Swimming all summer. It is so scratch resistant and keeps time so good. I’ve never had a movement watch before. Ill never go back to battery. This Seiko movement inside is just boss.

I bet the guarantee upside down has to do with displaying the warnings on the other side likely due to laws.
Does the upside down stamp upset you? I bought a 41 replica from Amazon and it was upside down. Bought a second cuz I wanted to exchange it, also upside down. I’m annoyed as hell and not going to try a third time.
I never thought about the safety been displayed over the guarantee for obvious reasons. That makes sense. Umm for the reverse stamp. I honestly get excited because back in the day they were harder to find. Most came with regular stamp. So I’ve always had the mind set that they were rarer and much more cooler. Now they seem more common due to machines taking the jobs over human employees. But still in my mind I’m always excited to get a reverse stamp.
@@Zippofanatic77outdoors Probably the same reason the orange stickers are on the back of the lighters. I doubt they were there a long time ago too (but don’t know). Im not sure about the insert because the flint wheel on the side has 1 line, not double line. Some guy says double line is the Original one, hope you get what i tell here. So is that can we call fake insert zippo or what? Please answer, need to return if its fake insert

I just bought a same one as your but there's no a red seal. Wonder it's ok or not?
I’m guessing u don’t live in North America. They are not required In Other countries. So zippo doesnt put them in international zippos. Saves them some money. Child safety stickers are required here.
I have zippo armor chrome B 13, but the armor logo is in the middle below zippo logo, is my zippo fake? Or in that year armor logo in the middle?

The quality of zippo has gone south! The amount of play in those lids is ridiculous! The brand feels cheap now a days and for amors, that is disappointing ? I've also had a butane insert fail and these things are made over seas ! How long before the lighters go that way?

It’s just a display one while I actually bought it for use. After I heard the sound when opening and closing, I‘ve stayed with my regular high polish one 😂

It’s just my opinion, I love the classic ones with their sound and feel.
Plus the armor cases are a tiny bit shorter. Really a tiny bit but in comparison, you notice it.

I got a question maybe you can help me out. Just bought my first armor zippo today and when I open the case the insert slightly pulls out (maybe half a Millimeter) but when I close it, the wheel hits the head of the case a little bit. No problem with closing it but im afraid its gonna wear down pretty early. Is that normal ?
Yeah inserts ride up all the time. It’s the power of the cam spring. Have u seen my video about repacking the insert and using the bag trick to save fluid ? Because the bag trick holds that insert in there tight. U won’t have that problem if u use the bag trick
