- I took to the streets of Glasgow to ask Celtic & Rangers fans what they think about each other in this season's title race. Who do they think has the best manager out of Brendan Rodgers and Philippe Clement? Would they sign any players from their rivals? And more!

What answers would you give?
Rangers and celtic have been really poor this season.
Rangers better in Europe and 1 trophy so far.
Rangers so far but depends what happens in the next 2 games.
Hearts could easierly beat Celtic and Rangers will beat killie at home.
All go down to the celtic v Rangers match. That match should decide the league.
Both clubs have been absolutely mince this season utter rubbish both of them.
I would say
Kilmarnock & Saint Mirren
have had the best seasons out all the top flight clubs in Scotland
they have both massively over achieved in the league this season as
Raith Rovers have done
in the Championship.
I honestly think
both Old Firm clubs are getting worse & and worse, squad wise, the more the seasons go on
I think they are struggling to complete more & more for players wages wise
for players that are of a good enough quality to be playing for such massive club.
Both clubs are light years away from the quality both had when I was in my early teens & and honestly, it's very sad to see.
I would say
Butland is buy a country mile Rangers best player
this season.
And as for Celtic
Callum McGregor is the heart beet of the Celtic team at this point in time
& he is the player that makes the difference in
tight games for Celtic he is the player that does the spade work for the rest of them & if he stays fit
Celtic will be Champions.
Callum McGregor is the type of player Rangers lack.
Butland is much better
than Joe Hart could ever dream of being he is like
Count Dracula when

I believe Butland was a big reason why Rangers went so far in Europe this season.
It's just a real shame how far our club game in

Sam I’d Say Celtic Have Been Poor Got The Job Done Should Be Playing Better Neither Has Rangers Should’ve Let Them Back Into The Race If Beale Stayed I reckon There’s a still the 8 point gap klemont hasn’t got enough experience to Brendan but he’s been alright but since they’ve struggled near the end I’d say we’ve had the better season we’ve c had our ups and downs anaw but they’ve played rubbish so I reckon we win the league but could’ve been better but injuries have hindered both teams fair play to Butland i wouldn’t take any rangers players but if he’s not there never coming close , But O’riley Is Player Of The Year Here

Both teams have been poor, I expected a bounce with the new manager coming in, wasn't expecting it to end up this close.
Would sign Daizen Maeda in a heart beat, Rodgers has more experience.
Up to this point with the European run, league Cup trophy and closing the gap, Rangers have had the better season, however not winning any of the Old Firm matches puts a lesser shine on it.
And whoever wins the last 4 games will win the league, and we will need to score a couple without conceding any in the games for Rangers to do it.
And the Scottish Cup would be the cherry on top. 🤞🤞

I'm a Rangers fan, my best friend is a Celtic fan. We both were walking up to Bellahouston Park past Ibrox yesterday to have a kick about, crazy the amount of second looks we got because we both had our clubs tops on. It was almost as if they were shocked that we could be friends😂 If you were to ask me what i think of Celtic/Celtic fans i would say that i absolutely hate them for 90 minutes when the football is being played, but once the final whistle goes the discussion turns to the game itself rather than the obvious divide. Appreciate this video, especially after that experience yesterday. Ps. Even an 11 year old asked if we were "out of Divided City".. Which is a book about the Old Firm and sectarianism in Glasgow. (have a read).

I suppose the best way to put it is whoever ends up with more silverware by the end of May. Rangers have the upper hand at the minute with a league cup. I think Celtics primary concern is getting to 56 leagues before Rangers do.

I’d say Celtic and rangers have both had a up and down season Celtic having it at the start of the year rangers having it now (ps. I am a Celtic fan and think we will win the league

Managers : Rodgers - Premier league experience and a double treble winner in Scotland.
Who has had the best season? : Rangers - An upwards trajectory from some of the dire performances under Beale.
Who is going to win the league? : Celtic SHOULD win the league. A draw or better at Parkhead would be a huge moment for Rangers though and would probably seal them the title.
Well no really , if rangers and septic win all they’re games and draw the old firm , then septic will win the league , we need to beat them and also hope they drop points , it’s not ideal .. I’d rather we had t let performances slip against Motherwell,Dundee and Ross county … but if you told me the day after we sacked Beale .. that with 4 games to go we’d still be chasing a possible treble , I’d have said how the fuck did that happen .. so it’s hard to be completely disappointed in the season , the positive is the fact that it seems like clement is willing to get rid of some of the “old guard” like Goldson, barisic , perhaps even the ever injured Ryan jack (who I love if he’s fit , but he’s not been for almost 3 years now ) .. clement with a full season and maybe getting some business done in the summer and I’ll be extremely excited 👌🏻
@@JamesBeattie-lz9cc aye, some good points but I wrote this before they were 2-0 up against Hearts. I honestly saw Celtic dropping points in that(still might). Beale has been a major issue at every club he’s managed. Took Sunderland from a club knocking on the door of promotion to a set of mid table rattlers. As I said Rangers have had a major momentum shift and Celtic haven’t looked the same since Postecoglu left.

I'd say Rangers have had a marginally better season so far - League Cup and Europa results, the drawback being they aren't currently in control of the title race.
I've been impressed with Dujon Sterling (although his comments in the media recently about Rangers not having the drive would make me not want him at Celtic).
I'd say Rodgers is the more experienced manager - Close PL title race with a really terrible Liverpool team and had Leicester punching above their weight for a few seasons.
And I think Celtic will win the league. We definitely won't win all of our last 4 games, but I don't think Rangers will beat us at Celtic Park which I think they will need to if they want to win the league.
Also, I'm enjoying your videos. Been trying to watch more of them recently. I like that you give a very balanced, respectful and in-depth look into Scottish football. Keep it up!
From a rangers fan. Dujon was just being honest, probably not the best thing to say with a few games left in a close title race. But I don't really care about his interviews, if he's performing on the pitch then it's fine
@James24034 Yeah, that's fair enough. I think at celtic, the media training is much more aggressive which is why when a player pipes up on social media, for example, they are usually shown the door, in one way or another (i.e. Giakoumakis, Haksabanovic, (and probably) Holm)
I would'nt say rangers are not in control of the title race , if they win their remaining games with enough goals they will win the title . Their not favourites I know , but it is still under their control

Celtic Fan Here Rangers had the slightly better season with there trophy count already and there progression in Europa as for Managers Brendan Knows the Score better In Scotland than Clement although he has turned Rangers around and made the league more interesting instead of one sided as for the League Its again in Celtics Hands 11 May will no doubt have a big significance in the title race Celtic Win and its Game Over a Rangers Win and the title could go down to the Wire 1 Player from Rangers i think if i had to would be James Tavernier
Quality of the league is very poor compared to years ago. Hearts kilmarnock and st mirren all have a good chance of matching the.old firm in a one off game and have shown it most of the season. Aberdeen were close in noth cups. I would say the quality is very low but for excitement it is a good watch.
Last old firm game was just like this. Low on quality players but high on excitement. I would say the old firm are bottom half championsip and the others somewhere between league one and league 2. I do enjoy wstching Scottish football and the closeness of the title run in is exciting. Neither team is good enough to run awsy with it and next Saturday should be a good watch

If Rangers win the Premiership, the Cup Final doesn't matter. Rangers can claim better season. So far Rangers have the Viaplay Cup and last 8 of the Europa League so Rangers have had a better season so far. Celtic have been brutal by last season’s standards however Celtic are still overall a far superior team to Rangers and Celtic will win both the league and the cup. Enjoyed the video Sam ☘️👌
