Not surprising. He makes their lives miserable regularly so you can imagine how insufferable he’d be not getting the results he wanted. Combine that with the isolation and he’d be a special kind of evil
Saved his life + didn't snitch which would've ruined Leonard's entire career.
You might want to review that. While he did save leonards life. It was actually sheldon that destroyed the lift. Not snitching saved them a both a ton of grief.

Even though Sheldon didn't get the results he wanted, people would probably praise him for enduring such an intense environment for science. Whether he succeeds or not, seeing a task like that through to the end, despite the dangers, carries a lot of weight.
It really bothered me they didn't do more with this story line. For the shows general theme they dropped the ball on this one. Glad there's fanfiction though to cover it 😂

Whilst acknowledging this was written for comedic reaction. Knowing Sheldon's character, refused the job, and stayed at home with Penny enjoying a sheldonless existence for 3 months.
Howard and Raj were very jealous of leonard's hello from penny and sheldon was not happy to know that his research was sabotaged.

This is one of those times where I’m actually on Sheldon’s side. While I agree that he is unnecessarily rude to his friends, he asked them to go with him to do the research, and they all even discussed how miserable the experience will be and yet they still chose to go.
So they should’ve either said no and not have to deal with him or suck it up
I get that Sheldon’s annoying, but that’s just messed up that his friends sabotage his research out of frustration.
Whats messed up is Sheldon unable to handle not getting his way and being a giant dictator.

He apparently didn't get chest hair until his late twenties so I think it's more his hair doesn't grow fast.
@@chsparkle I was thinking that to in the beginning but I can tell you from my personal experience that you can be hairless on the chest and growing a rough beard.

Yes and no. I have extremely keen hearing, and generally can pick up conversations on the other side of my house, or on another floor. But... sometimes I catch things I don't want to, and my hearing can be drowned out by repetitive and loud sounds that mask whatever's around me. Also, you get a lot of headaches.

Honestly, I'm with Sheldon on this, and am shocked that it was resolved in one episode. They knew how terrible it would be with Sheldon (I would never have even gone), but they are also scientists. They sabotaged a serious experiment, squandered all the funding that went into the expedition, and made a mockery of the university. They should have all lost their jobs at the very least.
it's a two way street. If you can't handle results not going your way, you're just begging to be lied to. And if his behavior was driving the group to contemplate killing him, yeah i'd say he's partly to blame.
@@rishabhanand4973 Here's the thing, they KNEW what they were getting themselves into. He didn't force them to come. Sheldon gave them a choice: come or not. Even gave them time discuss for themselves. As much of a jerk as sheldon is, I'm on his side on this one
@rishabhanand4973 I agree, but am not even really talking about Sheldon being upset. I'm talking about them ruining a serious scientific experiment that required time and money from donors to conduct, simply because they had a personality conflict.
@@TheNotoriousCheeto they did keep the real results too, mainly for that reason so they didn't actually ruin anything. They probably should have broke the news to Sheldon earlier, _before_ he emailed everyone that he made a groundbreaking discovery. That was their actual mistake.
When you do experiments you should be able to accept the results whatever they may be
If you are not able to handle a negative result or a result that is not in line with your theory you should revise the experiment to see if there are errors that you have not realized or/and revise your theory and try again
If you are not able to accept the result of experiement that doesn’t prove your theory you should not work in scientific research

The only thing i hate about the show is the laugh track theres too much and is not needed in this show and most of the episodes run time is almost 3 mins of laugh tracks every episode.
Frankly, I don’t blame the guys for doing it because Sheldon micromanages and dismisses everything they do or say.
