You know, a lot of people today probably look at Red vs. Blue today and think of it as a silly, childish satirical military sci-fi rip-off, but looking back at the older RvB we had back then, that was actually a show with some real hidden potential. When you look past the goofball moments, ridiculous dialogue, and cheap CGI graphics, you can see something a about two squads of awkward experimental troopers using all the training and tools they had at their disposal to try and survive the situations they were in and gradually learn to survive by working together as a team.
Another thing that makes this seemingly silly military sci-fi comedy feel serious and epic is this music.
