Ummm just a little bit of games! Some super interesting ones. Bonsai and Redwood look beautiful.
Was able to have friends bring me back Sky Team, Mutton Bustin, Tiger & Dragon, and Everything Ever from GenCon.
Preordered 3 Ring Circus, Ierusalem, and World Wonders from my FLGS.

It was so nice to run into you guys at Gen Con! I was most excited to pick up Sky Team for sure. Most of my haul was used games from the Virtual Flea Market.

So excited for the BGG series!! Especially since its solo. We need more solo content :-) Love this haul! My fave new game of GenCon was one I was anticipating but didn't expect to love it as much as I do (though it's hard!): Express Route. I already had Eila and have played it. My favorite old but newly discovered for me is Space Station Phoenix. I also enjoyed playing Power Plants, Roll Camera, and Genotype. I did events where I already had the game but didn't know how to play (vs only new games) and it was a great strategy for events. I now know how to play 6 games I already have - woot!

Jamie you need to get For Northwood if you like trick taking and solo games. Small box card game! Eila and something shiny will be interesting when you get to the end. Not what you'd ever expect.
I demoed Redwood at GenCon and immediately purchased it. It's really beautiful. Jeff, you're gonna love Tribes Of The Wind! With that said, that is a LOTTA games!

What an amazing HAUL! Where will they go...no one knows... no truer words have been spoken. A question I definitely ask at times, lol. I didn't go to Gen Con this year, but I've already started planning for next year. I did pick up The Search for Lost Species and Beacon Patrol at a local game store and look forward to playing them!

What a haul! Curious about Hellton Palace and Bonsai. Also Eila and Something Shiny - which has a much bigger box than I would have expected. What's in there?
Those are some great Gearloc! Ghillie is my all time favorite and I love Nugget and Polaris is super interesting. Love the Unbreakable expansion. I cannot wait for Jamie playing Eila, but be warned. It ramps up in difficulty. And the story gets darker as well. I will not spoil it for you! Nice haul!

I only had a carry-on, so I didn't get much at Gen Con. Excited to try Point City, Waffle Time, and Trickdraw.
I bought Rauha- haven’t played yet, Invincible dice game- quick push your luck dice game, & Wandering Towers- very fun.
Yes to Lorcana content! Also I got the same foil Mickey card 😁 And Expeditions is so good.
I demoed more games than I bought at Gen Con. I got to demo Disney Dixie at Gen Con, wasn’t able to get a copy, but theme is so fun. The two games I demoed and really liked were Disney Animated and the Fox Experiment.
I was able to grab Queen by Midnight and I just assembled the clock tower and I’ll probably try it out tomorrow. And I was one of the people to wake up super early Saturday morning for some Lorcana. I’ve never been into TCGs, but now I’m hooked, and I tried Star Wars Unlimited and I’ll probably collect that one as well next year.
It was really great to meet you both at the convention. Looks like you had a great time and a great haul video.

Ohh I wanted Bonsai but we didn’t get to play until Sunday and it was way sold out by then. :( hope you guys enjoy it! Redwood is so beautiful and fun to play too. The guy said to shave down each side of the pegs (on the animals you move) a bit so when you are moving the animals it’s easier and you don’t accuse you destroy the cardboard. It’ll make sense when you play 😂

Joraku is fantastic! Great trick-taking/area control game, similar to Brian Boru, but in medieval Japan.

We were able to get a copy of Cosmotopus with the plushie bundle! He is adorable! We also were able to snag Sky Team, Barcelona along with World Wonders. We also picked up some small games here and there and some nice dice.

Interesting to see the new Kinfire Chronicles: Delve game. I just got the Kinfire Chronicles Kickstarter a couple of weeks ago, and it’s one of the best games I have ever played. Right up there with Sleeping Gods.
We had a chance to play chronicles super early. Incredibly talent team over there so none of it is surprising us. So happy you’re enjoying the games!
We love those little pack of gum sized games. You HAVE to try Nut from the same publisher (perplext) and designer (Chris Handy). We love that game! We are not able to travel and attend in person but we participated in Gen Con Online and demoed (and immediately pre-ordered) Tesseract from Smirk and Dagger Games.

I bought Hellton Palace two weeks ago for my birthday and I’m still waiting for the package to arrive (should be here tomorrow). I’ve wanted it for a while but it wasn’t released in English until a few weeks ago. I barely ever play 2 player only games but I had to get that one.

Jeff I learned this when I worked at a bookstore, to remove the label/price tag from smth, just pour and rub in some lighter fluid on it, give it a couple of mins to set then you can peel it off without leaving any residue! 😊

I regretted my decision to sleep in on Friday morning! I could have walked around with you (Jamie) and bought more games! So jealous you got Bonsai. Buuuttt… I probably would have had to buy another suitcase so… it was for the best. I guess. 🤣

How to sell a game to Jamie. Step 1. put an animal on the cover. Done. I picked up inside Job at Gen Con...can't wait to throw that one down...that sky team line was cuhhrazy..I mean, not Lorcana line crazy but crazy...I'll get that later if holds water. Although I mentioned this in another comment...Thunder Road Vendetta has absolutely been a riot every time we've played it. So much fun.

FYI: TMNT Shadows of the Past came out before Change is Constant & City Fall. Its the same basic system, but like the first edition before it was tweaked (and then tweaked again for Batman). I'm glad you finally got it, hope you enjoy!

the games im most excited i got were 3 ring circus, veiled fate, wild tiled west, and disney dixit. I was hoping youd pick up mythic mischief its still my favorite game followed very closly by root its amazing you should try it.
It actually arrived at the house after we got home!! Will see some stuff on it in the future

It’s different enough! Especially if you travel, as numbsters can be played just in your hand.
