Funny to see that Portugal was a safe place for templars after the disband of the order. Being from Portugal there are a few places known for their history in relation to secret societies such as Quinta da Regaleira or Tomar's Castle. Also sad not to see Malta mentioned because when i was there i got the impression that templars were there a lot aswell but haven't researched it.

A question for you. I heard that Portugal was named Portugal because it was the Port of the Grail. Meaning that the holy grail was taken from the Holyland by the Templars when the Arabs overtook Jerusalem, and taken to the "Port of the Grail". Anyone else hear such a thing.
